Ligue 1 | French Football 2017/18

That's interesting because he was good for Marseille but the word was that his ankles couldn't fit in the Velodrome. I don't know if it was just Bielsa making him look good or if he really is.

I rate him, don't know what the feck went wrong for him at Stoke.

If my intuition is correct, he is going to replace Mbappé or Fabinho with one of them going to PSG. So hopefully your rating is correct.

He can't catch a ball because he is too small and comes out of his box in this way :wenger:

It's more a problem of timing than size, he is good a athlete but he can't read a trajectory to save his life which should normally push him to not leave his line where he is pretty good.

Yeah, but he is also a bit small to be a goalie, imo.

So Nice's gk is a disaster waiting to happen? Excellent.

Marseille beat Nantes 1-0 to join Lyons on two wins. Only just, though, with Ocampas scoring in minute 88.

Neymar to make his debut against Guingamp today.

Looking forward to it.

Also Lille play today hopefully they can pick up another 3 points against Strasbourg. They looked very good against Nantes (who also looked poor).

Should be a good season with plenty of competition for places.

Neymar making his debut today and everyone will be watching Messi and Cristiano instead

Yep, Monaco, P.S.G., Lyon, Marseille and Lilla all look very good.

Jardim considering dropping Mbappe due to the transfer distraction.

Looks good to me. It's no real madrid, but then, nobody has our bench. Nobody had our bench ever for that matter

Why did Bielsa use all 3 subs by the 38th minute? Any other manager and I'd assume 3 players got injured but with Bielsa I actually don't know.

Now their goalkeeper just got sent off and they have no more subs

Lille's last season top goalscorer De Preville is in goal for the last 20 minutes

Yes it was 3 injuries. Been really unlucky today.

12,19,37, I guess they were not following his orders?

Commentators now said the first 2 injuries were because of injury but the last one was tactical

Bielsa is living up to his 'El Loco' nickname. Who the feck uses his 3rd sub in the 38th minute?

Apparently Bola wasn't injured. The last one was tactical

Now they're changing goalkeepers mid game :lol:

This is hilarious. De Preville goes back to striker and centreback Amadou is the new goalkeeper
