Let's all Laugh at the Vatican City national football team

Apparently they prefer to concentrate on the youth team now....:nervous:

Call me uneducated but what the feck?

You have situations like the UK, which is one country, but the UK contains four different teams, England, Scotland, Wales, and Nothern Ireland
True, I just didn't think the difference would be so big.. 238 in FIFA elo ranking vs 195 countries . You're right though :D.

They love letting off smoke once in a while.

The current Pope may well have had a few kickabouts with Di Stefano at some point apparently.

Personally, I'd have used a football instead.

Count your blessings that the Vatican City aren't a club team, because if you've ever been to the Vatican they could sell of one of their 70,000 artefacts and have more money than Man City, Chelsea & PSG combined.

:)

Another one for the World Cup Babes thread

In 2006, Vatican City was invited to participate in the Viva World Cup but were unable to do so because they could not assemble a 15-man roster. In total, Vatican City have played only four full international matches against other nations, one draw and three defeats. They once lost to a dog which had invaded the pitch.

Well, I’m off to become a professional footballer.

Too reliant on crosses. Reminds me of our game vs Fulham in that Moyes season

Sensini their only genuine threat. Can outpace Mata over 2 yards.

Obligatory fleggg
