La Liga - 2014/15

I really don't get why Villarreal rests Vietto so much. Why would you put your highest goal scorer on the bench for a game against Real Madrid? What kind of message is that to your players and fans? It's bizarre (unless he's carrying an injury).

That's one of the most acrobatic dives I've seen in a while by Marcelo. Congratulations from Cristiano afterwards too :wenger:

Someone at Real needs to take Ronaldo aside and have a quiet word with him about his free kicks.

feck off

Who is this Vietto lad? Why didn't he start?

Young Argentine striker, he's had a great breakthrough season. Villarreal rested most of their starters, probably because of Europa League.

And...what a miss by Cristiano, again.

Vietto is basically the striker we along with everyone else in Europe should be signing. He is utter class Slevs. Argentinian, 21 years old, striker. Has 18 goals and 8 assists so far this season.

Villarreal rested the majority of their first team, several of whom didn't even make the bench (because of Europa).

Madrid aren't winning this. I cheered on for Liverpool for nothing. :(

La Liga coverage is strange. The instant replays are fecking annoying. What's with all the changes of speed in the same replay?

The camera angle for corners is weird too.

There's no voice of Michael Owen or Phil Neville though. Take the rough with the smooth.

Unlucky for Villarreal there, will be interesting to see the replay.

Real Madrid plays shit this year, I have no idea why they still in front. They used to have the fastest counter attack and now they don't know what to do with the ball.

They're still doing fairly well to be fair to them, got a decent chance of winning the title and CL, so it could be argued they're just in a bit of a difficult patch.
