La Liga 2013-2014

How many assists for Cesc this season?

 Are you drunk?
 I just think that he is the kinda person that would get them playing the way they want to again as they are apparently unhappy about tatas style. I agree landrup probably wont get the job but there isn't really any names being linked with the job at the moment so I just named him as he is normally thrown into the mix when it comes to madrid or barca.

Shouldn't have been a free kick, but at least it's not a penalty.

I was just taking the piss about your spelling of his name, agree with the rest of it.

Could they try and tempt Valverde?

Gutted for Villareal here, two own goals undid their great work up until then.
I actually forgot about him, he was linked with them last year too. I honestly think he is overrated tbh. I know he won in Greece but im not really convinced by his stints at villareal or Valencia. He did well with espanol imo. I don't think he is a good enough manager for a big team like barca

Thanks mate.

Yet some people will insist Cesc's lost it...?
cesc is one of the 5 best midfielder's in any team except barca. with barca he's clearly the 4th most important midfielder, and despite his production rate, he's ultimately REALLY detrimental to their play.

As well and awesome as Alves dealt with that incident, it's tremendously sad and wrong that anyone has to suffer that sort of idiotic and archaic abuse. For shame.

Oh I can see he's far too direct for Barcelona, but just cos its the wrong system for him doesn't make him a bad player. I'd take him to United in a heartbeat and would not balk at paying £40m or even £50m for Fabregas.

He doesn't fit in. It's all well and fine getting the last foot (or head) on the ball before it's a goal - i.e. an assist - but he ruins the build up play most of the time.

I'd sell him for £ 40 million, happily.

Yeah, I had no dog in this fight just wanted to see a good game, after that I was firmly hoping to see Alves on the winning side.

Get in!! And the missus asked if I wanted to come to bed when it was 2-0... no, damnit, I need to watch!
