Jurgen Klopp Sack Watch

Don't think he should've brought United into that really. Gives added ammunition to hit him with whilst we're in a bad run.

He's always awful immediately after a bad result. Never says the right thing and gets carried away emotionally.
You got to live with it. It can be a great thing. But it can hit you in the face. You can't change managers like that. I understand his anger today. Or irritation.

I like when the commentator said klopp is smiling with his teeth but not with his eyes, near the end of the game

second only to saying how the Ox could at least say hello to some old friends while he was back in the area (as he came off after a typically nothing display)

Hahahaha yes Kloppy you petty beaming beauty.

Shame he wasn't here when Fergie was about. Would have got under his skin in no time.

I think teams have found a way. While Klopp only can play one type of football, once you found system against him it will not be easy as before. If I remember correct, same thing happened in Dortmund.

However this game, they should have one point from my point of view. For me, it can't get more penalty then that (handball). I know they have been lucky with referees last season and VAR (even this in some games) but looking at this game alone, they have been hard done by referee. If it happened to us, like for example Tottenham och Crystal Palace game, I would be irritated.

They had multiple decisions go against them tonight, but that's the nature of football, no? You don't always get what you deserve in a game. Klopp knows this as well as anyone.

It wasn't that long ago people were talking this Liverpool side up as one of the greatest of all time. Well, the great sides do not rely on luck to win a game, they create their own luck.

Yeah I mean I get it, he's deflecting. I just don't think it helps considering United's form and our current position in the table.

We didn't lose the game because Henderson was playing CB. Southampton created openings but only scored once. We struggled because of how poor we were in the final third, again. It was the same against West Brom and Newcastle. We've only conceded twice in the last three games. The defense isn't the issue. We're going through a bad run going forward.

Henderson played everyone onside for the goal.

He could have also offered more in his normal role in the midfield. It's not just the impact of where he played its what was missed by moving him.

Wonder if he'll do his annual feck you to the FA Cup by playing the U18s v Villa, or try and get some form and goals into his team before they play us.

Penalties in league since the teeth arrived.

United 39
Liverpool 28

Hes a freak. Talking about united after shooting blanks 2 games in a row

I don't know. I get why Klopp made that decision for this game personally but the players didn't cope well in the first half, then were incredibly wasteful in the second. It is what it is.

I do like Rhys Williams though. Looks very composed on the ball.

If he has any sense, he wouldn’t send out Alexander-Arnold to be mauled by Grealish for 90 minutes before he faces Rashford the week after. The fecker’s confidence is shot enough as it is, the next two fixtures could permanently kill it.

Here’s hoping, however...

They wouldn't want Villa to embarrass them twice in the same season. But they could be exposed at the back by Grealish and co

what makes it worse:

Penalties scored this season -

Leicester 8
Liverpool 5
Man Utd 5

After his comments tonight I really think all scousers can rest easy on the fact they will wake up tomorrow knowing there actually exists a conspiracy to focus on.

We'll probably end up winning that 0-6 or something for a change. Like Atalanta, Palace away, a crazy result and then revert to shit at home to United.

could it be that we have better/ trickier forwards? Perhaps he thinks that world class, can’t score a goal for a year at home Firminho should get penalties for just turning up?
I don't think there is any magic in it. You spend time in opposition box. You get penalties. Because eventually someone is going to stick the foot. Take the LvG era. We played safe and only certain players were allowed to shoot and no smart business in the box, our penalty shouts went down.

Same with defensive football Jose tried to play for a year and a half or more.

Then Ole came and the penalties picked up.

Earlier, there was no VAR, hence players used to get away with things. Now overall penalties cannot be completely ignored based on the bias/mood of the ref.

For the first time I can remember I just Had to check their fixtures after that little cry. They’ve got it a tough run of games all the way upto Sheffield United at the end of feb. I’d love them to lose a few more and see how he handles it

I'm not picking a fight, just strikes me as an odd thing to do unless it was a protest. Henderson even said post game it was hard for him when asked then had to stop himself. Just unsure how you've allowed yourselves to get into a position where you're playing two CMs as your CBs. Crazy.

Did he try and say Mane isn't a diver?
Amazing.
That was a superb ref performance on his antics tonight.

Whatever happens, I can guarantee this last part is simply not going to happen.

You are easily the best equipped to play v the bigger teams in the league, and at home to us (where your record is still insane) you'll have a point to prove.

I'm loving this right now, but also dreading that game!

Comment from Reddit

This guy would have gone full Keagan if Sir Alex was playing the mind games with him, Solskjaer is basically a puppy in human form and he’s still losing his shit.

God love to see Klopp lose (it). Such an unlikeable cnut. So sad he won the league for them. Everybody talking about winning with a dodgy pen against them after being worse all game. F that. I want us to play them of the park. Show that we're indeed challengers and better than them.

And what is he complaining about Manchester, our most in form striker just got handed a 3 match ban for saying "Thanks, fam" to his buddy.

Ofcourse. That is why I said, this game alone.

They are getting found out and not scoring more against last 3 teams is concerning for them.

With our form and our players absolutly on fire in our attacking runs his interview and talking about us doesn't matter. Maybe in some psychological way where he want to "put pressure" on referees. What he need to think realy hard is how he will contain our counterattacks while playing like you do. With high positions for your centerbacks and attacking fullbacks.

We've had one penalty more than the scousers this season, and this twat is moaning? Absolutely love his meltdown
