To be fair, this stat isn't a true reflection of his spell imo. He decided to give up the league and focus on the EL in his first season, meaning there were a lot of dropped points where we was picking 40% strong sides in the league. It was comparable to us last season, perhaps more extreme.
Rodgers never had a period like that, his main focus was entirely on the league, and he nearly won it. So I think the stats are warped against Klopp because of that first season run, when they finished 8th(?).
Also Klopp has a far superior competition than Rodgers. Let's be honest, the PL was shit compared to now in his time. City and Chelsea still good, Tottenham basically in their prime now, United rising under Mourinho (with a lot of good signings) and Arsenal the same as usual. PL teams in general with horrific performances on international level when Rodgers was still Liverpools manager. Also Rodgers still had iconic players such as Gerrard and Suarez, Klopp has... Mane.
So not even fair to compare Rodgers and Klopp just by their points imo.
