Jurgen Klopp Sack Watch

Then Klopp needs to find a middle road, because next season they might have Europe as well as cups.

You can't call yourself a great manager if you only manage to handle one competition, and not even handle that one especially well.

One trick pony.
He's definitely a one trick pony. That isn't necessarily a bad thing if he had the same depth the proper big clubs have though.

"BUT WE GOT KLOOP"

"GANGNAM PRESS"

"BARGAIN BUNDELSIGA DEFENDERS"

"BARCELONA WANT COUTINHO REALLY BADLY WE SWEAR LA"

"HENDO IS NEW GERALD"

"PASHUN"

Am I doing it right?

It's a shame we're not in a position to be laughing at any other team's form. They've fallen apart.

It's not a crisis yet because we can still finish second for the sickest of reasons. It will be a crisis when we're not even in the fight for Europa league next season. Hopefully we pull ourselves out of it before then.

For the record after I saw Hull against you lot I feared the worst. We have form with these teams.
Seriously? It's either crisis or denial.

So next week if Liverpool lose to Tottenham and Everton beat Boro then Everton will be 3 points behind them

I know we're nothing special at the moment but still

I said months ago that their high press, kick and rush, playground football would leave them knackered long before this season's over. Looks like I might be right ;)

Nothing screams I'm a massive bellend like emboldening your own posts.

Literally everyone said that. You're not special.

They've hit the kloppers

Pleased they've carried their cup form into the league. Klopp is also starting to sound like a true modern Liverpool manager.

I was wrong about this Klopp.

He is a spent force.

He was never a force. He just copied Ivic pressing tactics and training drills, only with one major diference.
Ivic used them when needed, Klopp uses them period.

I can assure you I had nothing to do with this mess.

To be fair when he told this story to the press he added "obviously it's not true" after the "nobody can beat us". I don't think that he's such a bad character, he loses his temper a lot but he is quite open and ironic about it. He isn't a great manager though, that is quite obvious now.

On a second thought, there was a windy and a full town at the gate excuse

I'm fully enjoying scouser's demise though. Just won't laugh at it until tomorrow

Fair enough. The one thing that reduced my dismay at our pathetic draw with Hull was that I knew they'd give you a hard time. Still thought you'd draw rather than lose.

Top 4 is still on, but you need to start clicking again soon.

I wouldn't laugh too much. Everton might go past us if we don't get a good result tomorrow.

I'm pretty sure this is the end of their period of fixture congestion. In the coming weeks they'll have a week-long break inbetween games and we will be back in the Europa League and still going for the FA Cup. I think they'll get better. They won't be as good as they were earlier this season at any stage but they won't continue to be this bad from here on out.

As for Klopp, he's an incredibly one dimensional manager. High tempo, attacking football is great when its early days and you have the energy, but you just can't do that for a full Premier League season. It is preposterous.

Just had a look at the result.

:lol::lol::lol:

That makes our point against them feel a lot better.

Klopp is doing the same mistake pep pellegrini wenger has made all season . This league does not respect the teams who play possession based football with possession based principles of ball circulation.

Teams who play direct counter attacking football and passes the ball forward than sideways only has a chance to be consistent in this league.

It's going to a dogfight! With Man City, Man Utd, Arsenal & Liverpool all fighting for the 4th spot. After looking at the squad in the summer, my realistic expectation for the club was challenge for Top 4 with a decent Cup run; However, finishing #5 or #6 was looking more 'on par'. I hate to say that I was right (cause I don't want to), but it may have been the right prediction.

We have deficiencies in the squad. Anyone who thinks otherwise is blind. And Klopp is a manager with limitations. Any manager at the helm can only motivate and get so much out of you. Ultimately it's the players on the pitch that are running and executing. If we make Top 4 this year, it will be a test for FSG to see how ambitious they are going forward. So far they have spent - but mostly on sub-par average players.

Knew Liverpool & Klopp were overrated. I'm a Klopp sympathizer but never had the feeling he'd make Liverpool title contenders.

Loads of people said this exact same thing. It was the closest the caf has ever come to a consensus.

Next two games are against Spurs and Arsenal. A pity I don't trust us.

I'd bet on Liverpool getting 4 points from those games anyway. Or at least not losing either of them.

They raise their game against their rivals. It's in games they're expected to win they always mess up.

I would laugh today if there was any recent evidence of United doing fecking anything to take advantage of it.
