Bild reporting today that he will have a medical this week, so the transfer of Brandt to BVB should be announced soon. And yes, he should be a really good signing!

Götze is too good for the bench. Could Witsel as the lone 6 work with Sancho, Brandt, Götze, Hazard in front of him? A 4141 like the one Bayern sometimes played with Thiago being the single holding midfielder?
It definitely is a bit of an embarrassment of riches in attack and I am not entirely sure how this will eventually work out together. That 4141 you mentioned with Witsel being the only defensive minded player seems like it could work against about 3-4 teams in the league, against the rest it would be utter suicide
Either way, we will have a lot of matches and I am sure all of these players will get decent game time. Philipp and Guerreiro seem on their way out though.
Maybe, but at least this summer, there is no acting the underdog by Dortmund, it'll be interesting actually to see how the team, and especially Favre, will cope with the change of mentality from the hierachy, actually openly challenging, rather than embracing being the underdog. Should make it another entertaining season.

Wouldn't mind him as backup for Robertson or as a versatile left-footed midfielder although that's not the kind of role he'll be looking for of course.
