The Portuguese are excited with this. It's the first time in 50 years we sent a decent song there. Other countries have already accused us of cheating for sending serious stuff.
I always watch. My Iceland sent a shit song that might even be literally just that. Called Paper and she was dressed like a toiletpaper roll. She only moved one hand during her performance, maybe a reference to ones wiping of the anus. So it didn't make the finals but we'll always make a night out of it.
It's fun, we make a good dinner and have a few beers. I'm rooting for Hungary and Romania this year.

Why was the draw done before the final? Should do it just for the final countries seeing as that's when people actually watch.
I'm gutted that Ireland wasn't able to get through to the final for the fourth time in a row. It's an absolute disgrace and RTÉ needs to let us vote again. The song was timid, shy and boring. We need something memorable and fun. I think we're actually trying not to win it because we can't be bothered hosting it...
