I'd love to see Joao Felix here, as he can be an incredible player on his day and blessed with unreal technical ability, but purely from a business perspective it's not a good one, especially when there is no option to sign him permanently after the loan. It's not my money, but we need to stop having clubs overpricing their players just because we have a history of paying whatever it takes as Maguire and Antony are great examples of. Besides, we're not in desperate need of him. Rashford can play as our CF the rest of the season with Sancho, Garnacho, Antony battling it out on the wings. When (if) Martial decides to stop being as fragile as he is, he can play CF while Rashford goes back to the left. We've likely secured Champions League next season, so having Joao Felix wouldn't exactly make a big difference. We'd get to watch a lovely player on his day and he can be quite entertaining, but is that worth 12m? I don't think so.
