For whatever reason, Maddison is 4th choice fighting for 1 spot in the team. If Alli is fit Maddison won't even be in the next squad.

true but if a player like him comes available you really think City Liverpool and newly able to buy Chelsea wouldn't be interested, that said like Maguire our price may put them off
Nonsense. He underperformed because Rodgers shoved him to the left and played with 2 DMs. We gave you too much respect, given that you were crippled injury wise, and Maddison is no left winger. The defeat at OT has very much to do with Rodgers, not him.
The team you saw against Spurs today is our normal formation with Tielemans and Maddison in the midfield.
I don't see those two going for him, plus they have their own youngsters that can play a similar role I.e Mount and Foden. Liverpool wouldn't pay the money you would ask for.
