Btw for those of you saying Greenwood wouldnt be displaced if we get Sancho they said they same thing when we got Zlatan and then Sanchez. Oh hes not going to hurt Martial's development, it will all be fine. Now clearly this is a much different situation and Sancho would be here long term and no Zlatan wasnt a bad buy but people just acting like Sancho wouldnt disrupt what we have going I think thats delusional.
If you are planning to spend 120 mil on him then its guaranteed that both short term and long term one of our front 3 will be displaced. Short term it would likely be Greenwood, long term Martial though I'd argue should be Rashford both short term and long term.
Sometimes honestly I feel you can have too much of a good thing. Look at Barca with Messi and Griezman.
Dont get me wrong we would make it work but all Im saying is, its not the end of the world if we dont get Sancho.
Contrary to popular belief right wing isnt a position of weakness and our 3 most promising players are strikers, the most promising one playing on the right wing as an inside forward.
Thats why Im perfectly fine if we dont get Sancho but we strengthen our CB, full backs and the bench. Hence the likes of David Brooks and Perisic are appealing to me.
