Do you remember how long it took to get Pogba over the line? I think Pogba missed our first game of the season or wasnt able to train much before it. Same happened with Di Maria and Maguire

2. Sancho may want to leave but United is not the only destination he would like going to. If it were Chelsea, Liverpool, Barcelona and Real, I think we have had to convince Dortmund and Sancho
3. We can't afford to burn 108m on a single player in this market
4. We are playing the waiting game and I can't see Dortmund blinking as they know that they'll get a higher price for Sancho after the Euros next year and draw in more clubs
5. If we are not buying players until the Sancho deal is sorted, we should atleast get the clearout going and raise money for other signings. (Lingard, Pereira, Romero, Rojo, Bailly all need to leave....) Our own player contract extensions can happen during the course of the season and we shouldn't be wasting time extending them during this window.

Simply saying that you thinking we would have had it done by now has zero basis on any evidence of how we do business as a club.
Why has this become a norm and why are we accepting such transfer dealings behavior? Do you see other clubs doing the same? PSG when they bought Neymar, Barca when they bought Dembele or Real when they got Hazard?

Hazard didn't want to leave the year before and the moment he had a mutual agreement with Chelsea (like SAF had with CR7), they let him leave and he was also in the last year of his contract.
It still lasted well over a year. Infact it was 2 years.

All three players we've acquired, we were the only club interested and we spent the entire window getting these deals done. That's how bad we are at negotiating. Firstly, I'm no huge proponent of Sancho but I still feel from the commercial side of things, Sancho is 20 and we'll end up recouping a lot of the Sancho fee back even if we sell him at the age of 27 to Real or Barcelona. Real paid 80m for CR7, that was a huge bargain and Real did not stall on the deal. In fact, in addition to the trophies, Real ended selling him for a profit of 20m. Obviously Sancho is no CR7 but from the monetary sense, it makes sense to get this deal done now.
Yea, remember it being a long time. Even then Real paid a mad amount for someone in their last year of contract

If the deal was dead we would have briefed that it is. Happened with Dybala and Griezmann just before the deal went south. Every single one of our mouthpiece is saying "deal is difficult but we are trying" which is exactly what I would expect a club to say.
People want it resolved in days because "x club did it in this many days" is quite dumb. Trying to negotiate the best deal that we can is important for clubs which are self sufficient. We may as well pay up the original amount but I dont think United will not trying to negotiate because some people are impatient. Our players are on holiday. What difference does it make if we sign him now? I am sure Club would have had a deadline and is working accordingly.
TL DR : Sancho is coming I believe. Have patience. If we do pull out, it would be because we were worried of long term stability of the football club. Would be disappointing but that's life.

He's never publicly expressed his future plans/desires at any point in his career after joining Dortmund. He's kept all of cards close to his chest. Whenever anyone asks him about United/moving elsewhere, he tends to avoid answering the question.
That s how a professional player should behave.
Our big signings like Pogba, Maguire and even AWB have never really expressed a desire to come publicly. They just let the clubs and their agents do the talking. Don’t think Sancho will ever need to if we just fork out what Dortmund wants. If we do, he’s ours immediately
