So is Sancho training alone again today as he picked up a knock yesterday whilst training alone?
Sounds legit.
Sounds legit.
That doesn’t sound right at all.Where have you actually heard we`ll do this?
A LB and DM is very clearly not on the cards this summer it`s been briefed more than once that it`ll be a CAM, CB and RW(Sancho main target)
The first 2 positions are probably dependent on selling the likes of Lingard, Pereira, Rojo, Jones and Smalling first so those positions likey to be dealt with regardless of Sancho
If we don`t get Sancho we will likely sign some scrub as a plan B and plans in other positions will remain the same so I fail to see what good outcome not signing Sancho will bring rather bring him in even for over 100m

On Sancho's Instagram story updates 22 mins ago, in Piccadilly circus looking at the "You can't stop us" billboard. Pretty sure he's not in London now.
DM is significantly more urgent than CB. I would've thought watching the feck up fest last night would make people reconsider the quality of our CBs a little. CAM isn't urgent at all, we have Pogba and Bruno that can play there. RW is the priority; Sancho being about on the left and in behind is just a bonus. That doesn’t sound right at all.
We don’t need any more average backup players, we need guys who will expect to play and will create proper competition for places. Signing a “scrub” instead of Sancho is most unlikely.
CAM and CB are priority positions so it sure would make sense to up the effort to get quality in there if Sancho deal doesn’t happen. LB and DM are less urgent.
I’m going to speculate a little bit now and present my other options to think about.
Latest reports indicates that Pereira, Smalling and Rojo is on their way out. Regarding Lingard it’s conflicting rumors but I assume in the end he will stay. Family reasons and so.
If I was Ed Woodward I would go public by saying something like this “English talent Jadon Sancho is no longer an option for Man United, from what we can understand he’s too expensive for us in this financial climate. Maybe we come back in another transfer window but right now we have moved on” .
These few words will change the momentum and put the pressure in Dortmund’s corner. They will off course say that they are happy to keep him but at the same time “status que“ will not change their financial situation. In Watzke’s own words they can’t buy new players without fresh incomes, and right now all clubs losing revenues because of COVID. Time will now work in our (United’s) favor. Sooner or later Dortmund needs a money injection, either using their credit or sell on of their assets.
My next step would be to look at loan options. There are plenty of quality players out there. If Coutinho can score against Barca he‘s good enough to be a back up to Bruno and Rashford. Probably expensive with high wages but you get proven quality. Maybe this option is better then spending absurd money on Sancho and Grealish?
I would also do the ground work to buy Upamecano next season. That’s a must.
What we need is more quality behind out starting eleven. Matic needs a back up. Shaw needs competition.
Maybe I’m crazy or out of the loop but I should seriously look at Coutinho. Maybe even Thiago Silva as a short stop gap. Take on or two of these on loan. Buy a young quality back up to Matic and a competition to Shaw. Next season we can explore the possibility of buying Sancho if Dortmund doesn’t lower their demands.
I think time will work in our favor. Take it easy, the football landscape will change sooner rather then later as long as COVID is with us.

Really, have to ask if you are for real ? AsClub’s most successful period was under said Glazer mafia
its an old picture, but the timing is funnyThis is on boys!!
Sancho insta profile pic taken in London in last 1h. Missing from training due to a “knock”. Yeah right! It’s happening!
I doubt he took the photo....This is on boys!!

Lolz!!!+ Gambit. Your enthusiasm is amazing. Every day you post this statement and Every day someone thinks that you are ITK person and they start asking you for more infoToday is Sancho day.
Re signing or resigning? This isn’t one of those situations like when all of the press talk for weeks said we were in for Morata, then all of a sudden, with no warning Lukaku turned up.
Maybe the Sancho story is masking us stealthily signing someone else?
Maybe, out of the blue, we’re gonna announce Lukaku resigning today?
You`re forgetting who runs this club. Rest assured if we don`t get Sancho we`ll get someone like Dembele/Douglas Costa who can`t stay fit for 5 games in a row and you wonder why I`m shocked people are happy for us to seek "alternatives" to Sancho when they will be tiers below his level. That doesn’t sound right at all.
We don’t need any more average backup players, we need guys who will expect to play and will create proper competition for places. Signing a “scrub” instead of Sancho is most unlikely.

I`m simply going off what Ole reportedly wants. His priorities won`t change based off one game and with Matic having gotten a new contract and McTominay/Fred still here a DM this year simply won`t happen more likely next year. And at CL level you can understand why the CB Ole wants is left footed(Pau Torres) Maguire/Lindelof at PL level is solid but at CL level you need more balance and technicality.DM is significantly more urgent than CB. I would've thought watching the feck up fest last night would make people reconsider the quality of our CBs a little. CAM isn't urgent at all, we have Pogba and Bruno that can play there. RW is the priority; Sancho being about on the left and in behind is just a bonus.
Both?Re signing or resigning?
Indeed nothing has changed... he's still at Dortmund! No, I didn’t miss the arbitrary deadline, that means absolutely nothing. The only deadline that matters is 5 October.
If they didn’t want to sell him, they would have come out and said so at the start of the summer. Instead they have said you can have him, just as long as you pay us what we want.
Nothing has changed.
Yes RW is priority no 1, but only if we can get Sancho or someone of similar ability.DM is significantly more urgent than CB. thank you, Dr Freud. you are clearly one of those who thinks he knows more than people who do certain things for a living.Ah the level of delusion.
Your feed is full of rants about Woodward, that's about the level you're at. Ability to think rationally = 0.
that is true (possibly) but would you take a pay cut? What if Sancho agrees to that figure though? Remember he'll also earn significantly more with sponsorships and endorsements while at United.
Exactly! This should be threadmarked.after multiple reposts of Dormund being shown to be utter and habitual liars on every single transfer.....you actually decided to believe their deadline?
We may not get Sancho or a multitude of reasons, most likely MUFC would walk on price/structure. Believing anything Dortmund say public is just crazy.
While pointing at nothing in particular....oh how I miss those daysBoth?
He resigns from Inter because, as is publicly known, he loved playing for us so much that he’s willing to forgo gazillions of euro to buy himself out of his contract.
Then, we get the spectacle of watching Romeluback ceremony with him shanking a load of penalties wide in front of an empty stadium
Aged 20 I'd have probably taken it. Not now though (I'm 31).that is true (possibly) but would you take a pay cut?
Exactly! This should be threadmarked.
Why would we be going back to pre Bruno days? We had one player who could play there previously, if we sign Sancho we would have 3 and Greenwood who would step in on the right.Yes RW is priority no 1, but only if we can get Sancho or someone of similar ability.
CAM is absolutely the next most urgent unless you want to go back to pre Bruno days whenever he is injured. Lack of creativity in that area was never solved by playing Pogba there - I agree he has the skills required but it never quite worked.
CB is the next most urgent if Lindelöf is not considered good enough. I don’t think he is.
So if I understood the club’s priorities right, being as above, then I agree with them.
DM is next priority due to Matić age and lack of obvious understudy within the current squad.
All that said, I would not be unhappy with a top striker coming in before any of the above, if he is genuine top class.
In fact any top class player in any position would be welcome as I can’t think of a single position where we have players who would be guaranteed starters at City or Liverpool.
Still, based on what we have and what we’re trying to do, the ideal order would be RW, CAM, CB, DM and then the rest.
Brilliant....
You would think that all the officials are doing right now is sit in a darkened room, stroke cats in their arms and bounce off ideas off each other how to really stick it to United to provoke them.
...
Stevie Wonder saw that coming mate. Fecking christ save me from this madness.
I have beenJust post this daily
Yes, we must disagree on all points apart from one - I agree we are not far behind Liv and City on first 11 when in form. But we have no competition for places and that is a massive problem. We have no players who would be first choice at Liverpool and City - the odd Utd players might get in at City but not Liv and vice versa but ultimately we are clearly behind those teams even if not by much. Why would we be going back to pre Bruno days? We had one player who could play there previously, if we sign Sancho we would have 3 and Greenwood who would step in on the right.
Can't agree there. Pogba is still incredibly productive in that position; he got in last year's team of the season playing just that role.
Again, I disagree. Most clean sheets in Europe, 3 goals shy (coincidentally the amount of mistakes that led to goal by DDG) away from having the best defense in the league. Having a mobile, aggressive defensive midfielder in front of them will give them that extra protection any back four needs. Some of the displays we are seeing in Europe should make people reconsider the quality of the defenders we have right now.
We really aren't that far off them in terms of starting XI. Our defence is better than City and our midfield is better than Liverpool's, though admittedly it's a difficult comparison to make due to how Liverpool set up. Even our attackers would be getting games at both clubs.
Yesterday he picked up a knock whilst training alone. So is Sancho training alone again today as he picked up a knock yesterday whilst training alone?
Sounds legit.
I bet the United players Whatsapp group he joined is a bit awkward at the moment.
Respectfully, I don't see how. You said Pogba 'struggled' in the #10 position in a season where he was in team of the year, playing for a side that finished 6th. Having Bruno and Sancho, along with the emergence of Greenwood, in the side puts us a million miles away from being in the situation we were earlier this season, whereas we only have 1 specialized DM who hasn't been able to play 2 games in a week for years.Yes, we must disagree on all points apart from one - I agree we are not far behind Liv and City on first 11 when in form. And by no means am I saying we shouldn’t care if we don’t get Sancho. We should get him at all costs.
He kind of back-peddled a bit on that yesterday. He's no better than anyone else.I know the ITKs on here have been questionable, but Daniel Harris said last week Sancho will hand in a request (and that Ed Woodward is making a hash of the negotiations). Wonder if he'll be proven right?
You rate most of our players a little higher than I do, is about the size of it.Respectfully, I don't see how. Lindelof or Maguire would start for them both next to VVD or Leporte. Shaw is significantly better than Mendy. Pogba and Bruno starts for both sides. Martial is better than Firmino and Rashford would be in with a shout as well. You're being incredibly disingenuous to the talent we have. What we agree on is we need depth. Ironically, if we sign Sancho then CAM would be our best stacked area, which is why I don't understand why you think it's so urgent.
When have the Caf had an ITK? The only person that has shared any information on this transfer is @altodevilI know the ITKs on here have been questionable, but Daniel Harris said last week Sancho will hand in a request (and that Ed Woodward is making a hash of the negotiations).
