The window has only just opened, he'll be signed early this month. How is that not "done early"? Whinge whinge whinge. We're signing Sancho. I pity you being so miserable.

If De Gea asked for a new deal I think they would sell him. He isn't performing well enough or consistently enough. Agree Greenwood will get another deal if he continues at this rate, but Sancho is further along with his development so deserves more money.
I never said it was easy but either we want him and pay the fee or we don't - and Woodward's track record is not great. If so many people disagree, why do so many here (rightly) want a DoF

I doubt that Sancho would join up with the Europa League training camp anyway. He'll take the rest of the summer off and just join whatever passes for our pre-season this year.
It's incredible how some United fans just can't learn the lessons of the last few years. Packing the team with "can do a job" players is a distinctly inferior strategy compared to actually getting in real top quality. We should know this by now, after years of relying on the likes of Lingard and Fellaini.
I don't get it, it's something that has to be done for Rashford and Greenwood if we sign Sancho or not,, both are on contracts that expire in 23. Greenwood isn't on a lot of money and we'll be keen to give him an extension within the next year. Rashford will probably get an extension with added bonuses, doubt his basic salary is going to get that much of an increase considering the money he's already on.
Can you imagine if he signed for Juve or something? The meltdown would be epic.
Zaha and Graelish for £100m
Zaha is nowhere near good enough playing for a TOP 6 club and he is 27 so should be at his peak already.
Graelish is decent but massively overrated IMO. Not worth more than £40m.
So I would rather get 1 top player than 2 average ones.
I don't think there's any combination of players available for a combined cost of £100 million that i would choose over Sancho. His age, his current ability and his potential just make him an ideal signing for any club but especially for united with a gaping hole on the right wing.
Moyes never rates him. They were making jokes that Zaha fecked Moyes daughter and that's why he was not selected in playing 11. But he has improved quite a lot in Crystal Palace.
But we don't need him now. Let some club buy him for good money ans we should be happy with 25% of transfer fee that comes to us.
It makes even less sense when you consider the fact that we already have pretty good starters and that signing the far superior Sancho will push a pretty good player on the bench. Signing Sancho improves our depth and the ceiling of our attack, we don't need to imperatively add an expensive player for our bench which is exactly what would happen with the likes of Zaha and Grealish.

You're having a laugh if you think Grealish would become our best midfielder. He'd be a fantastic squad option though.
I'm very confident he would. He's more talented than Bruno, and his consistency gives him the edge over Pogba who is more talented.
Why do people think Dortmund pick up the paper to gauge the sentiment of the party they're actually negotiating with? It's far more likely it's PR bluster to make the selling club look good, when we were probably willing to pay the 120 in the structure we choose. Everyone comes out a winner, as per all the other transfers. Everyone says we got robbed blind and we end up getting the player we want in a structured deal we can afford.
It depends what we're actually arguing over, if it's the fee itself or how the entire deal is structured. Maybe we're looking at bringing other players in, so we want to structure the Sancho deal in a best possible way for us to be able to finance the other signings.
