Jadon Sancho| Staying at Dortmund for now

So this one's basically done?

Would seem so. The three of them don't always get the same info so when they all three not only agree but seem to put a stamp on something...

 They know less than we do!

Posted numerous times these are the fellows that were not banned after the De Ligt saga due to them being proven consistently right. Doesn't seem like they're attention-seeking randos like the dozens of people who got banned. Maybe you know something they don't.

All I know is in the past few weeks they've called out vdB, Pogba's new contract talks, all the Sancho developments and one more thing that slips my mind roughly five to seven days before the journos started tweeting about them.

Not sure about ITK's, I don't know any haha, but some of the more reliable journos have been getting a lot more bullish with their reporting on Sancho this week so I can't help but feel like all we're waiting for is for the season to end/CL football getting confirmed before we start hearing announcements of medicals/flight paths and all that good classic muppet stuff

Literally all that information has been available from the Athletic/United We Stand podcasts well before other journo's started writing it down on Tweets and in articles. They're only listening to the same stuff we listen to and writing about it on Reddit before anyone else has the chance to do so.

You can be proven constantly right when you don't post dates that things will happen and keep saying "soon" to everything. They're basically modern day astronomers.

Oh and VDB and Pogba's new contract have been common knowledge for over a month now.

If the bolded part is true wouldn't it hit the caf around the same time? With the Athletic journos tweeting about it five to seven days before the mainstream journos?

I don't think this is what you're thinking. The sources are also posting extremely esoteric stuff.

If you go back and read their history they're doing just that. Also, not even Woodward is going to know the exact times and dates until 24-72 hours before.

It never hits the caf at the same time because for some reason people don't listen to them and they wait for the Tweets from aggregators instead or for ITK's to make stuff up on Reddit based on those statements. Every time I post some insights I heard on one of the podcasts it's generally met with "This sounds like bullshit those ITK's make up" or "That can't be true because (random nutter) said this the other day". I generally have to link the podcast into my response and people still don't bother listening.

As I said, they say a lot more when they're talking freely but they don't commit to writing shit down that will come back to haunt them or will have a wider reach and cause the unnecessary club scrutiny.

How many of those dates have been spot on and how many have been: "delayed due to x reason, happening next Friday instead"? They leave themselves so much wriggle room in those statements it's impossible to take seriously.

I'm a subscriber and know all this but you're wasting your time with some in here, unless someone want's the attention of spouting of possible transfer targets on Twitter they're worthless apparently. I don't blame him not for Tweeting stuff, the people who are begging for news from these people get it and then give them dogs abuse for months when a deal falls through last minute because a players wife decided she didn't want to leave the country.
Exactly.

There is no way they can have access to that info unless it’s coming from Sancho’s camp or high up United execs. I mean ITK could tell you that it ‘looks like it’s going to happen’ i’e there are formalities with the fee and salary because if all parties are happy then it’s just a case of thrashing out these details. But no way can they say, yeah it’s all done and dusted. We’d be hearing this from absolutely everyone if it was. I’m pretty sure journalists have sources in the game seeing as it’s their job and everything. They’re just reading between the lines. Every man and his fecking dog knows this deal is happening. It’s easy to predict how the rest of this transfer will pan out if you’ve followed any transfers at all and I’m sure those guys are absolutely muppets of the highest order seeing they need to set up a twitter account to pretend they know something. I’d rather spend my free time wanking or drunk or something.

An ITK might be mates with the groundskeeper, or have a relative that's dating one of the players. But would any ITK be privy to sensitive contractual clauses on deals being negotiated behind closed doors? Almost certainly not. The club doesn't even release that information except through the financial statements at the end of each year.

However much we end up paying for Sancho, nobody will know for certain for several months. It's a basic trick of scammers to specific with their lies, because that makes the stories more plausible. All that's happened is that one bullshitter has jumped the gun, and the other two have followed suit in order to stay relevant.

I very much doubt that Sancho's barber's cousin has seen the wording on a legal document worth 9 figures. Anybody who has will be a wealthy lawyer who won't have time to post regularly on Reddit. And they certainly won't be willing to risk their jobs over it.

Gotcha. Did the UWS podcast mention the 'Sancho to Inter permanent' thing before these guys did?

EDIT: Is this the podcast you're referring to?

I cannot wait for this to go through.

A forward line of rashford, Martial and Sancho , provided by a midfield of pogba and bruno. This has the makings of the most devastating offense line in Europe.

Anybody who cannot be excited by the idea of that, is a bit dead inside.

Not to mention back up options such as Ighalo, greenwood and James.

Confident we will get Donny or Jack after Sancho as well

How is Dortmund placed for replacements internally? They've lost Hakimk, Schurrle was probably just a squad player and then Sancho seems likely to leave.

If they need to enter the transfer market, I'm sure they will need a deal done sooner rather than a drawn out saga.

They signed Meunier, I think he's Hakimi's replacement. Don't think they need Schurrle's replacement. I think Brandt will take the RW regular spot, he looks really good in 343 formation since restart together with Haland. Not sure about the LW spot, logically, it'll be Reus but at his age & injury history, I think they will use half of the Sancho's money to get someone who can stay fit for that LW spot.

Idk but for some reason I am getting Griezmann vibes out of this. Everything looks like going too smoothly.

Christian Falk was apparently saying that Dortmund would now likely be willing to accept €80m + add ons on the United Stand earlier

I decided to listen the video since I don't believe it. There is nothing he mentioned about it. He mentioned about Havertz for 80m plus add ons not Sancho. When the guy from United Stand asked whether Sancho could be done with the same way 80m plus add ons. Falk initially replied him with No answer that it must be a big price. However, that United Stand keep pushing him by making a point since it's a covid19, the market should be lower, then Falk replied with unsure that it's possible but need to be like Dembele's deal.

From the conclusion of the video, I can say Dortmund is not willing to accept 80m euro plus add ons. I think it'll be 90m euro or 100m euro plus add ons, he said Sancho is likely to leave but with big price. Falk in the beginning of the video mentioned that Dortmund has no problem to hold Sancho one more year if United can't meet the price. They believe if they get Sancho for less than 100m, they won't have lot of money left to spend after signing a replacement due to high fees & high agent fees.

The most exciting thing about Sancho is that he’s still only 20, already so skilled yet still has plenty of potential to fulfill.

We won’t see his true quality until this foursome has 2 years experience playing together.

Hopefully we’ll turn back into a consistent league top 2 and CL semi final machine, just as Klopp leaves for Germany national job and Pep long gone.

I think you guys are underestimating how many people would be involved in a £100 million transfer - financial, legal, scouting, executive branches etc. That some ballpark numbers will leak out is not a big suprise tbh.

I posted these statistics a while back to showcase how Sancho might grow.

per 90 (successful/attempted/%successful)
Sancho age 18: 4.1/6.8 / 60.3%
Sancho age 19: 3.0 /5.4 / 55.6%

Hazard age 19: 2.0 /5.3 / 37.7%
Hazard age 20: 2.9 /6 / 48.3%
Hazard age 21: 2.5 /4.9 / 51%
Hazard age 22: 2.1 /4.4 / 47.7% (Premier League)
Hazard age 23: 4.1 /6.5 / 63.1% (Premier League)

Sane age 19: 3.3 /6.8 / 48.5%
Sane age 20: 3.5 /7.7 / 45.5%
Sage age 21: 2.7 /4.8 / 56.3% (PL)
Sane age 22: 3.2 /4.9 / 65.3% (PL)

I noted the players at similar ages, and used per 90 min statistics as I didn't want Sancho to have an unfair advantage that benefits the player that has more time per game to rack up successful dribbles.

As you can see, each player had a year of adjustment in their first season in the PL. Their 2nd season in the PL started to show off similar or better dribbling statistics compared to their teenage years in the "less competitive" league. Going off these statistics, it shows that Sancho was the better dribbler in their teenage years.

So seeing as Sancho is about to have his age 20 season next year, we could be looking at something special in terms of disrupting defenses or causing fear in defenses.

I'm sorry but this is complete nonsense. I would recommend you take the time to read all the posts (they don't delete anything) and cross-check the info with the times journalists were posting similar info. If you aren't willing to do that then don't make such bold and bullshit claims and waste our time. They have consistently beaten journalists to several pieces of information on a variety of topics.

I've followed the subreddit both last summer when it was a complete shit show till now. The difference is night and day and you would be scarily surprised at the reliability if you took the time to look into it. There is a reason why Goldbridge is copying all of their info now.

Also I've subscribed to UWS in the past and Mitten has been wrong plenty of times (not that he's unreliable, he definitely is connected, just that things can change in transfers). You can't trust one source and the muppetiers themselves tell you to take their (and anyone else's) info with a pinch of salt. If you can't handle it then it is ultimately on you.

Exactly, this sort of info leaks out in business related to a variety of sporting leagues.

Yeah that’s the UWS podcast, Mitten is generally pretty good but don’t expect much transfer talk on that one, he has very good insights though and says a lot about what’s going on behind the scenes.

Others are:

Talk of the Devils
Ornstein and Chapman

Not sure if anyone else has anything they’d like to add?

Who do they claim to be and why do they think they’re so well connected? If they were so well connected why would they put their job and neck on the line to post some info on Reddit? None of it makes any sense.

One of them, ITK 4 is a lawyer with one of the Bundesliga clubs and hence gets a lot of the info regarding Bundesliga stuff correct. He's gone on record saying he only shares info that is at least a couple of weeks old and certainly doesn't share info regarding any deals he's actively involved in. He's gotten a lot of smaller stuff right, which isn't reported anywhere, the Caliguiri transfer to Augsburg being one example. I don't know about the others but this guy's info is usually spot on.

But of course, any reasonable adult will know that all this info is supposed to be taken with a pinch of salt and its all just fun. If someone is gonna start analyzing everything and ask for 100% accuracy, then the joke's on that person.

If I wanted to read bollocks masquerading as facts I'd read the bible. It isn't fun because people bring this nonsense into this forum and act as if it is a fact, not some bloke with no life sitting at the end of his computer making stuff up for internet likes.

You don't have to consider it as fact you know. You can simply ignore all this info and reply to other people in this forum. Don't have to be such a gloomy Gus about it.

I'm trying to! But people keep putting posts in here about some random bloke on Reddit saying United are paying £82m plus add ons as if some major news outlet have reported it!

Like 90% of all sports journalists then.

I mean, the amount of fake reporting getting 20+pages on the transfer forum here ...

But if "ITK"''s are not allowed on this forum its not allowed :)

Thorgan hazard

I don't know why you are so snobby about info posted on Reddit mate. There are only a handful of journalists who have actually proven to be reliable, so by that logic the whole Transfer Forum should not exist, because it is built on rumors, 90% of which don't pan out. If you only want reliable news from a major news outlet, then you have to wait for BBC to report it.

Can someone here start a Reddit ITK account and see how quickly their 'info' appears here. How long will it take for people to realise they don't know anything. Every transfer window is the same.

Idk but for some reason I am getting Griezmann vibes out of this. Everything looks like going too smoothly.
Griezmann is a pathological narcissist who used United and Barcelona's interest in him as food for his enormous ego. Hopefully, these newly-adopted "background checks" will identify any similar personality defects in Sancho. As talented as he is, I'd rather we pass on someone who's clinically insane.

I’d rather do that than give airtime to attention seeking weirdos on Reddit.

I like and use Reddit often but it’s not a reliable place for transfer rumours. No ones reputation is on the line on Reddit, just their username.

I had a quick look at the muppets page, lots and lots of talk of VDB either being done or confirmed but waiting for something else to happen or agents to sort some shit out, and that’s how I know they’re full of it. He won’t be signing for us this summer, that story is a non starter.

Spoken with the confidence of an ITK. :nervous::lol:

Cant you just ignore it then , like many ignore transfer articles posted in here from unreliable journalists :)
