Genuinely won’t be surprised if we try to get Newcastle to buy him. Similar to how Chelsea bought Veron.

No way. Look how brutal we are selling players with absolutely no improvement left in them? Look at how we are dragging our heels on Martial in case he goes elsewhere and embarrasses us. Sancho will get at least 4 or 5 years here to step up. He’s on a 6 year deal.

Yeah didn’t realize the reasons why he was dropped. Thought we genuinely made a decision not to include him for performance reasons.

And put two keepers on the bench? I don't think Rangnick or any other manager would be so cold

Feels like Elanga has benched Jadon Sancho. Another bad Ole transfer? 75 mil wasted?

At the very least, I'd say we should have NEVER paid that much for him, before fixing the defensive midfielder problem.

"Arsenal are garbage let’s face it."

Nice deflection there kiddo, pretty pathetic, and very few would agree with your opinion on Saka vs Sancho, including the England manager it would appear. What are you - his dad?

As if Saka wouldn't tear up that joke one club league in Germany, Sancho did it and he is slower than I am. Although it is all pretty irrelevant as the last time I checked Man Utd don't play in the Bundesliga.

Nicolas Pepe reached levels in Lille that Mason Greenwood can only dream of. Scoring 23 league goals and providing 9 assists in a single league campaign. I assume this is also relevant to you my man, or is it a ridiculous thing to say? as a blind man can see Greenwood is infinitely better, but it is identical to your point.

It might be worth checking if Sancho has been playing with his over inflated wallet in his back pocket. ;)
Talking down to fellow fans like that after blatantly never watching Sancho when he has been on form…

Dortmund were no joke. Played some of the best football we have seen at times in any league the past few years with Sancho as their main man. He really is an incredible talent when in the correct team.

Bayern would smash everyone bar City in England only because City are owned by a country so I don’t get your point. Bayern have arguably been the best club on the planet for 10 years. Dortmund have to compete with the actual best team around most years.

Bayern would smash us to bits too if that’s makes you feel better most seasons. They are relentless at times and have the best player on the planet currently leading the line for them which helps a lot.

There’s football outside of England btw. The best midfielder on the planet plays in Spain for one and the best attacker plays in Germany.

You would call both too slow though I am quite sure despite seeing Pep destroy our league with a team based mostly on technical ability and intelligence.

It was absolutely not pointless. You were the one who said that without pace, you can't survive in PL. You are wrong. I just told you 3 examples who had enough success with no pace. Kid is only 21, who told you that he can't be like Silva ? You are writing off a player after 3 months in PL. Good luck with that !

And yes, there is a possibility that you are right. Just like any other player , the potential is 50-50 and that holds good for any players. Including ESR, Saka or Martinelli.
Erm, I never said without pace you cannot survive. I said a traditional winger like Sancho without pace will find it very difficult. You dropped the 'winger' bit for some reason mate.

You list players as examples who are NOTHING like Jadon Sancho. David Silva? what??

I have seen Sancho plenty thanks, and I haven't spoken down to anyone. Lets not make this personal eh pal.

Bayern would smash everyone, so would Dortmund (other than 2 or maybe 3 EPL teams). That is why they both win every week, often scoring 5 goals in the process, padding the shit out of their players stats, and then sell them for fortunes. Personally, I would back Elanga over Sancho, but we will see.

Did you ever watch Pepe, or even Gervinho in Ligue 1 out of interest?...

I like Sancho, but if this is true, I’m getting sick of this squad’s propensity to be offended by the most innocuous of incidents. It’s like they invent a reason to be upset every week before running to the press.

Excuses FC. It's always someone else's fault.

Seeing how Elanga's come in and just got on with it, I kinda regret not giving the academy more of a go while spunking money on egos.

Oh boy you need to see the reddit thread about this. They're all in the Jadon camp

The list of players RR hasn't pissed off or completely alienated is getting shorter by the weeks

Useless.

A waste of 73 million. Depay mk2.
Never a 70m player. Just isn't cut out for the PL. Depay mk2.
Terrible again. 19 games and he has done nothing bar a gift v Chelsea and 1 goal v Burnley. Shouldn't be starting ever again
Stop playing him and hope some team is stupid enough to pay us 30mil for him in the summer. Horrible attitude.
He won't. He has had 6 months. Its clear he isn't up to it.
Sancho will never match James record of goals and assists for United. He is that bad.
Sancho is just a total fraud. People are fooling themselves. Even Elanga offers more. A kid who has only played a couple of games at this level.
He is finished at MUFC. We will be cutting our losses. Maybe even this window.
He is done here. He will go back to Dortmund for around 35m.

Obsessed much? Jesus Christ give it a rest and log off. It’s embarrassing.

A lot of fake news.
RR talks a little too much in the media though.
Next he may even tell everyone what time which player takes a shit.

Without even reading the thread, the problem I can see with this is that a) it unnecessarily puts the player in the spotlight, and b) provides ammunition for future use against said player. Rangnick may be a genius when it comes to tactics, but he clearly doesn't understand the modern usage of social media.

Ralf is right to call Sancho out and drop Rashford and sell Martial and do whatever else he needs to. They are playing like scolded children and making some of the very top money in the league. Whatever Ole was doing clearly wasn’t working. I believe both lads will kick on and contribute before the end of the season or if they don’t want to work hard they can always leave

Oh c'mon have we seriously become such snowflakes in the past 5-10years?

I'm not even close to losing faith in him. Irrespective of whether it works out for him here or not, I think he's a brilliant player. Hopefully we get to see him fulfil his potential with us.

Relax.

Any player joining United at the moment would struggle. It's no surprise Sancho has found it difficult given how dysfunctional the team is. I'd like to see him on the right with Mason up front.

Pep and Tuchel talk about their players all the time. Everyone knew when Sterling was in Pep’s bad books and Foden, from a younger age was getting criticism from Pep. When Fergie was ”not criticising his players in public” it was in the context of them all having performances and trophies in the bank. Sancho should get on with it. Very talented but has only proved it in Germany. It’s not only at United he’s had issues, there’s doubts with England, too. I get the sense Pep was ambivalent about him leaving City too. Not to say Sancho will flop at United but he needs to step up FFS.

Good players standout in poor teams. Greenwood came in at 17 and showed his talent. Even with Ole as manager.

feck his camp. We didn't sign them, nor do we need them to be happy.

But he isn’t really a traditional winger. He’s mostly an inside forward. He doesn’t hug the touchline and send in crosses. He comes deep, gets involved in build up play, comes central,

He wasn’t beating people for pace in Germany he would drag people in with his touch and control. The biggest things he’s lacking currently for his game is strength and being part of a team that can create space for players by creating overloads.

Sancho could play a David Silva role, he played number 10 for Dortmund a fair bit. Has fantastic close control and a good eye for passes and a great eye for goal.

Maybe our players need to grow a thicker skin, if they're underperforming they deserved to be called out. They enjoyed years of not getting called out under Solskjaer, I'm happy someone's finally holding them accountable for their performances.

Does this drama happen with other clubs? It must but it never makes the press. I feel like this is an under appreciated problem which we have to deal with that simply doesn’t happen at other big clubs. We are as much a soap opera as a club.

It's fair to say its not been a great start to his career here. No assists in 23 games and 2 goals, not a huge amount of playing time. He's come into a dysfunctional team and has had some issues to deal with so these things are understandable.

It might be that it's next year that we see the best of him and hopefully the move to a more progressive brand of football (if we get the right manager) might help him.
