Not really having a go, i just remember really random conversations.
I’ve watched more of him this past while and his numbers have taken a hit this season still a good player but I see others that play right wing and do well, plus there’s a lot of big names looking moves this season Kane, Mbappe, Haaland, Varane I’m just cautious I guess.

Yep, only at United would we have fans finding negatives when we’re about to sign one of the best young players in world football
You mean like we were last year, and instead wasted endless millions on a player nobody had even heard off...

Kajumba is as reliable as it gets with anything Sancho related. And it says just shy so it coincides with a report he'll earn £350K a week. Probably includes bonuses
Suppose I just see a Sanchez type scenario on the horizon and I’m a bit cautious..

what’s the harm in having a player just as good as rashford on the left when he needs a rest? greenwood will get plenty of games on the right too. it just works.

But at nearly 400k a week though Rashford is only on 200k, while money. He’d need to be good..

No. Unlike last year, his current team are open to selling.

And I assume you mean VDB with your ‘wasted’ comment which is ridiculous considering he’s had one year and also, you’d never heard of him?!

who cares what the money is? he’s one of the highest sought after players in world football, he’s always going to highly paid.

how much do you expect haaland to want?

Well it’s not my money but I’m a stingy bastard and like to see value for money.

About 3-5 things max I saw him do as a RW - that was with acres and acres of space aswell.

That's because he has played predominantly on LW this season though.

19/20 was mostly RW.

We should get in on the Hakimi train along with Chelsea and PSG.

well let’s hope he does the business like we all want.

I’m sure he’ll do fine as his strength is technical skills and not just a runner.

The issue of wage parity needs to be taken seriously. I have no idea what the right answers are with respect to Sancho and Rashford, but unlike a transfer free, relative player wages are an issue that potentially potentially affects the mentality of other players.

I don't believe our wages when reported in the media. I'm convinced they must be reporting them with add ons.

Yep, Rashford will be looking 400k and Pogba 500k if true.

Dont know if anyone has mentioned this as I have only looked on this page, but its been reported on the transfer tweets Utd never made a bid.

We don't really need to rush a deal, we can spend the next few weeks to haggle the price and finer details.

He wants to come to us, there is a gentlemen's agree to allow him to leave this summer. Dortmund reportedly want €100m (€85 + 15m add-ons), which is too much in the current climate. This could go all the way till the mid-end of July.

we don't play a back three though. Hakimi is just not a RB in a back four.

Hmm I'm pretty sure he played RB in a back four for Dortmund, so he's capable of it. Conte loves his WBs, so he played that role for Inter.

Anyway, partly tongue in cheek, I don't think RB is a priority for us this year. We'll probably see how it goes with AwB + Sancho and then decide what to do.

Amazing to me that the Caf is still debating whether Sancho is a good fit for United and a good buy in general. There is 1500 pages of posts in the Caf graveyard where all of this was debated during last season’s transfer saga.

If you can’t see it, you’ll never see it. Don’t quit your day job, you have no future in scouting. Just tell me this — when Grealish and Sancho combined with a nifty set of passes with a shot off the woodwork against Romania — you could not imagine Bruno playing the part of Grealish?

Looking at that clearly one of his best abilities is his vision and ability to pick the right pass within the box leading to wan easy goal for a teammate.

This is where he will offer something our other wingers dont really have.

Rashford and Greenwood get tunnel vision within the box which can be a good trait as well as you need to shoot to score.

Good to have a mix of different styles of player.

Pay one creative winger and one goalscoring winger so to speak.

We need to be careful. Leave it too late and their deadline might creep up on us. Especially if a complication arises We know they will stick by it.

Better to get the bid accepted asap and deal with Sanchos medicinal and him signing in the dotted line when the euros are done.

he played a bit there in his first season at Dortmund, also played some LB then (they still had Pizsczek at RB back then). But Favre shifted to a back three in Hakimis second season and that seemed to suit him a lot more. He's just on a different level with a back three.

would be cool to have a more attacking RB to pair Sancho with though, that's why I hope we sign Trippier as well.

How do we know for sure?
Because other German sources (Bild, Sport1, Kicker) have reported that we've made a bid before RN came out to say otherwise. Let's flip the question over: how do we know for sure that United haven't made a bid?

I think he’s referring to Amad

Because this is the CAF and every bad news, no matter how legit the source is MUST be believed! That’s the rules!

Well that can happen at any time can't it?

Just unsure how you can equate the level of risk with Sanchez v Sancho. It's like chalk and cheese
How one was a proven international and multi league player and one isn’t proven outside BL but the wage is similar, you’re right maybe I should have more hesitations.

I think any reasonable assessment of Sanchez should have considered the potential for burnout. He's played non-stop for a few years before joining us. That doubling up of the Copa America really impacted him.

So we shouldn't make big, expensive signings?
