Jack Grealish

I'd love If we took a chance with him. I wasn't his biggest fan until last season but his game has come on leaps and bounds.

Just has that creative spark we are missing in our own team

Wrong. Your assumptions are worse than not watching football - what a hypocrite. If you're going to cite someone for "not watching football matches" then you're going to need to watch them watch football matches, else you'll be wrong like you are here. You asked some questions at the end of the last post, something that can easily be answered if you bothered to look into it at all. Clearly you don't care so its a waste of time replying to you.

The one about why Maddison played at 10 rather than Tielemans?

That was a rhetorical question so you could consider which had the more offensive role. Adding some context to the debate, like where their manager decides to play them. You know, the guy that watches them train every day.

But you stick to those statistics. Makes it much easier to tell someone they're wrong!

Playing further forward doesnt mean you have less of a defensive role. Ander was our ball winner last season while Matic sat around being lazy. He played further forward

Perhaps you need to watch Manchester United matches too

7 goals this season in a struggling Villa side....

1 less than Greenwood!
Problem with Grealish is I think hes about 10 years too late for a top side. If Pogba gets crap for not running midfields then Jack has no chance.
Todays football seems to be legs in midfield and pace up top

The guy is still 24. Relax mate.

So he should have been at a top side when he was 14?

He plays off the left? That’s not what we need?

He's a creative midfielder. That's exactly what we need! Yes, he's playing off the left for Villa, but he'd quite easily slot into our midfield as a 10, with the licence to roam to the left channel, with Rashford cutting in.

Who said that?
All im saying is people needs to calm down with talks of 45m for a player who plays in a position we dont have and doesnt seem to suit the way top sides tend to play.
If he replaces Pogba we may as well clean up and go home. Thats it, its over.
Maybe as cover etc but we csnt have this forum constantly question James and Scott only to salivate over Jack Grealish

Question is if he will leave even if he gets his clause matched. He knows they will be relegated without them and has a big loyalty towards them.

He’d be mad to turn us down though.

Typical our situation that our two best targets are either above us and solidly in top 4 or below us and in relegation battle.
