Italian Serie A 2022/23

I say it a lot but Dia is a good player, a very good goal today

well for a normal price not for a super inflated one.
Good first season so far 12 goal 6 assists in a very mediocre team.
Could be a good option if he is cheap enough

Phaha Napoli are the biggest bottlers in Italy, basically the italian Spurs..shame its too late for a total collapse but it was fun to see them struggle to win the title in front of their own fans haha

Yeah, I don't think he's elite but I'd like to see how he does back at Villarreal.

Shame we shat the bed against Sevilla, we’d have slapped juventus I reckon. They’re absolute horse shit.

The race for the remaining CL spots behind Napoli is crazy. Still six teams fighting for three places and next weekend they all go head to head.

Lazio got the bad version of Sassuolo and they're gonna win

Inter demolished Verona

Roma and Milan screwing up atm

I used to be on the Milan forum during that time and the fans used to hate on Ancelotti for not playing him more. They thought he had Kaka level ability..

Milan

He looked amazing at Bordeaux that one season though.

Roma and Milan drop points. If Roma/Juventus win the EL and Milan/Inter the UCL but they miss out on top 4, does 4th place miss out on UCL football?

Even better. Each team currently occupying a place in the top 4 faces a team just behind. A round of mini finals.

Yes. That 4th place is not safe unless the non top 4 teams are eliminated from CL and EL.

Lazio are home free. Sigh....

Remaining fixtures:

Lazio: @ Milan, Lecce, @Udinese, Cremonese, @Empoli

Juventus: @Atalanta, Cremonese, @Empoli, Milan, @Udinese

Inter: @Roma, Sassuolo, @ Napoli, Atalanta, @ Torino

Atalanta: Juventus, @Salernitana, Verona, @ Inter, Monza

Milan: Lazio, @Spezia, Sampdoria, @ Juventus, Verona

Roma: Inter, @Bologna, Salernitana, @Fiorentina, Spezia

The fate of the two Roman teams seem written.

Lazio won't lose 7 points to Milan or Roma given their easy calendar from now on. UCL group stage should be easy to reach for them where they might be in pot4, a very though pot4 containing other top5-leagues clubs as Newcastle, Real Sociedad, OM and/or Lens, Freiburg and/or Union Berlin.

Roma are plagued by injuried. Smalling, Llorente, Wijnaldum, Kumbulla, El Shaarawy, Dybala, Karsdorp and Belotti out. They won't knock out a very in form Leverkusen team from UEL and doubt they can win any of the next Serie A four games.. Inter are strong right now; Bologna away is super hard, not even MIlan, Inter, Juve and Lazio won there; Salernitana didn't lose any of the last 10 Serie A games and Fiorentina away is another difficult game.
Roma 7th at the end of the season imho

Juventus, Inter, Atalanta and Milan for the other two spots with the first two definitely favourite but Milan- Lazio, Roma-Inter and Atalanta-Juventus games in a few days might turn the table

Lazio will bomb hard in the UCL which makes it annoying that they’ve all but sewn it up.

Inter and Juventus should take the other two spots especially as Milan are struggling against the likes of Cremonese at home

Lazio may not drop out of top 4 but the possibility to drop to 4th still remains. If Roma and Milan with their positions stay as is, to win EL and CL, 4th place would be relegated to EL.

As the tie between us and Sevilla showed, there is no concept of in form going into first leg of a cup competition. Underdog team can turn up and overthrow the favorite. You can say the same about Napoli getting thrashed by Milan in Serie A when Milan had been going through bad form. Milan treated that game seriously because they know they need the right mentality when meeting Napoli in CL. Roma under Mourinho had built a bit of self belief in these EUFA cup competitions. So as thing stands, 0-0 and they fancy their chances. Leverkusen is no where tough unbeatable.

In CL, Milan will always be seen as favorite in comparison to Inter. Going through to the final anything can happen. It's in an one off game.

Wish for a Napoli defeat today though. Let them do it at home next game. They only need a point at the moment, so not that difficult to deliberately delay it.

Napoli seem dead. Seems like they can't peak anymore. Still could become champions today though but should have been the previous game.

Napoli champions!!!!

Absolutely scenes in Naples    it's worse than new year's eve :lol::lol:

I'm going to Naples in 2 weeks, will it still be bouncing? Judging from all the shrines to Maradona I've seen there I'm assuming yes.

Kim tried to run away but the fans got him

Osimhen on the other hand run straight at them himself :D
