According to Bild United wants to sign Sancho before June 11.
Can see us selling Lingard, James, DDG and hopefully a few that are out on loan.

Agreed. Martial isn't going anywhere. If Ole can assure him a squad man role (at LW, his best position) is in his best interest, where he wouldn't feel as much pressure as he does being a marquee name in the squad, he might just work his way back into relevance. But this is wild optimism on my part.

Ole's recent interest in Caicedo suggests he may not be in for an established centre midfielder. Hope I'm wrong, though.
With Matic aging and Pogba seemingly better further up the pitch, we need another player to go with Fred and McTominay, especially if Ole wants to continue playing with two holding players.
My only concern with DDG is who has realistically got the money to pay him £375k a week, in regards to the other two I would say maybe £20m for Lingard & £10m for James

A little bit of both, he probably won't be much cheaper at around £45-50m, and may suit us a bit more. He's impressed me when I've watched him but I'm not sure how he stacks up against Rice in terms of passing ability.

Tbh, and while I'd love three big signings, I'd accept us getting two if it meant that they filled any of the four gaping large holes in the first XI that we currently have. And then the following summer we get the other two holes filled which should then have us set up to properly challenge City in the league and allow us to go toe to toe with the best in Europe
Next summer that will be the focus but want this one to be about Sancho, CB & CDM

Cavani has literally just renewed. 0% chance we go out and sign a striker. We have much bigger priorities right now.

In terms of the positions the four I'm referring to are: RW, DM, CB, and striker (Cavani is a great stopgap but next summer we will be targeting someone longer-term, either as a first choice to let Greenwood develop for the next 2-3 years (ideally Kane) or a squad player to rotate if we feel Greenwood is ready to be first choice (ideally someone like Ings)), and that's the way I'd list them in terms of priority too.
However, for the DM and CB, I'm relatively easy, if the latter is signed before the former (as it currently seems the case might be this summer). The biggest need is getting a proper dedicated RW to finally add balance to the team. It doesn't necessarily need to be Sancho but he's obviously the ideal player to get
I'm not saying it's what we will do, it's just what I'd prefer us to do.
Cavani is great. But he'll be 35 by the end of next season, so there's only so much great left in him and limitations on how regularly he can play. And as for Martial, he'll be going into his seventh season here still not having convinced enough to be first-choice ahead of the aging Cavani. Those CF options don't convince me if we're talking about pushing for a title.
And in Sancho's case I'm surprised at how readily people who want him to solve our RW skip past him playing at LW for most of his time at Dortmund. I'm sure he's excellent at RW too but even still....
I presumed it was ST but wasn't including that for this summer with Edi staying on for another year, my order would also be exactly the same right now but will admit it has changed quite a bit throughout the season and could do again. I am certain that Haaland/Kane will be top of the priority list for next summer and would quite honestly be delighted with either
Greenwood turns 20 in October. I know he's still young, but him, Martial and Cavani should be more than adequate for the CF position. Add Rashford, Sancho, Bruno, and (hopefully) Pogba and you've got goals and creativity aplenty. Then by 2022 season, Cavani will obviously depart and Greenwood will be ready to take the mantle.
Sancho being able to play both wings is precisely why we should sign him. Rashford is looking extremely leggy and we don't have anyone we can rotate him with. Easing his burden will allow him to rest when necessary so he's able to properly develop and grow, and not get ran into the ground as has been the case recently.

We have a unique set up in our side with Bruno scoring so many goals. It means we dont necessarily need a 25 goal striker and that position isnt as important to us as it is to our rivals.
Yeah Jadon's ability to play both wings will definitely give Marcus that chance to finally address those niggles
