Captaincy has a lot to answer for. Watson seems a bit like Kohli. Body language of both is horrible and seems to set in panic in their sides rather than calm them down under pressure. You can see why Dhoni's cool approach bears so much fruit even when he makes some howlers in terms of decisions.

I had a feeling that things would pan out like this even when only 11 games had been played by each side. Can easily be a lucky guess but the bowling in this match really raises suspicion.
 
MI will play the qualifiers in Mumbai as well, surely they are going to final now.

Reading Ed Hawkins' 'Bookie Gambler Fixer Spy' today -- seems like there's a lot more fixing than we think.

One of the bookies calls the Sussex Kent match from a few years back as being a fix -- book was released 2 years ago and Lou Vincent confessed to fixing it last week.
 
I don't think there is a wide scale match fixing on now. Very tough to pull off. Spot fixing has to be rife though, just too easy to pull off

MI - ambani owned, and all that is wrong with crony capitalism, have an almost irrational hatred for the man
CSK - srinivasan/meiyappan owned, owner(s) forced to resign/jailed for fixing, should have been banned from the competition

KXI and KKR are cleaner than those two so I would be rooting for a final between them. KKR is my home team so I hope they win but KXI have been great so far so they deserve to win it
 
First game that I've bothered to watch of the IPL this season and that happened. Firstly, very entertaining. But after a while, seemed totally fixed.

My love for cricket has dropped exponentially in the last few years. I bet I couldn't even name more than 7 players from even the starting XI of the Indian Cricket Team now.
 
Bailey is quite a calm captain. Always smiling, never gets flustered. Good to see.
 
This is why I used to absolutely adore the man. Murders the bowling with a disarming smile!
 
Now blast the last 4 overs and bat CSK out of the final :D

Much rather play Punjab than CSK in the finals.
