I wish they would do it a bit more when we have games at home, for me I feel way more like it's a proper football stadium and with the crowd than the Stade de France.
I would also like to submit the idea of playing Kazakhstan 2-3 times a year, so Mbappe can pad his international stats a la CR7.
Was very good. I read that based on the latest predictions, Wales have moved past Scotland in terms of 'ranking' for the qualifiers and currently looking at a home tie. Scotland have Denmark next.
Can't find a list of predicted and ranked qualifiers anywhere though.

Looks like we'll need a draw against Belgium (hmmmm) or a very narrow loss and hope Scotland lose, Turkey don't won by a few. I can see Scotland having a good shot based on their recent form.
If we're outside the top 5, we better get Scotland/Turkey or we're fecked.
Second behind Mbappe, obviously in my opinion though as this is one of the big debates in football today. I just think at the end of his career, Haaland will be remembered next to the likes of G. Muller or RvN (absolutely not a detractor from his ability btw), while Mbappe might genuinely match greatest of all time standard, which is a big shout. However, while Haaland is a better goalscorer with his ridiculous >1 goal per game ratio, Mbappe has the finishing and goal stats as well, along with pace greater than that of any player I’ve ever seen in 13 years of watching football to date and general all-round ability.
I can’t see us beating Denmark. A draw at best but even that’s looking tough. Think it’s between ourselves, you guys and Turkey for that final seeded play-off spot.
Norway will have no Haaland, Netherlands should win comfortably at home, no excuse for Netherlands.

A draw does you probably though and a good chance at home. We’ve got about a 5% chance of not losing.

Don't the smaller nations in the Americas have pre qualifers? UEFA should implement that. Let Gibraltar and San Marino duke it out for one spot in the qualifiers.

tbf, Kazakhstan managed to get 2 draws vs. Ukraine home and away (which will probably cost them a play-off spot), drew away to Bosnia and only lost very narrowly to Finland in Helsinki.

Kazakhstan is bad, but yesterday scoreline was kinda an anomaly for them.
France scored very early, and was 100% clinical, probably the score would have been different had France not scored so early.
I still think that teams like San Marino, Gibraltar,Andorra,Malta, Feroe Islands,etc shouldn't be all in the qualifiers.
I hope UEFA changes the format for the next qualifiers as they will get more spots.
Just put all these rubbish teams in a pre-qualifiers stage like in CONCACAF.

Which applies to every single results in isolation. A 0-0 or 1-0 also do nothing for the game on their own. Now if you pay attention to the game and Kazakhstan previous results, the obvious conclusion is that France played particularly well, didn't lose focus and were particularly clinical, it's comparable to what happened last year to Ukraine who lost 7-1 against France, yet the following games led to two draws.

I'm not taking your point out of context, you used a poor example to further a point that could have merit without it. And yes it was most likely a freak result since it's not in line with Kazakhstan previous results and I have seen France draw a game against Luxembourg, so I'm not betting on them to beat any nation 100% of the time, especially not the likes of Kazakhstan, though I could be tempted with Andorra or San Marino.
