He does have a crazy burst of speed, though. He's ridiculously fast over the first couple of yards.
He's having his best domestic season ever.
Shame he won't win POTY award, because everyone prefers Messi.
This is well known, although he used to be alot worse in his earlier seasons.
Why on earth are you confused?
Did a couple of outrageous dives in the first leg.
Fantastic player, though. Close control is better than any other player on the planet IMO. Yes, even better than Messi/Ronaldo.
I actually think Nani might be the closest, when it comes to having the ability to manipulate the ball in tight spaces.

Because i never actually notice him dive, if he's a diver - he's a darn sly one.
He didn't play in the first leg.
He didn't? Must be thinking of another one of the Clasicos. Maybe the Copa Del Rey? God knows there's been enough of 'em in the last few weeks.
There was a blatant dive in the WC Final by him - can't remember who it was that he got carded but, it was in injury time. With him and the rest of his lot - they fall at the slightest touch or possible touch. When a team gets even the slightest bit physical they'll go so far as to start cheating
People call it beautiful football but, when did football become a non-contact sport? Seems to bred into the Barca players. Ronaldo is right, it's something about Barca, Mascherano was no where near as bad as he is now in the theatrics deparatment. Iniesta on the other hand has grown up learning that if a team gets in your face, fall and ask for the referee to book the players.
Might have been the Copa Del Rey, though I can't remember the diving and feigning injury in that game eveR coming close to the rubbish that went down in the Bernabeu CL game. Saying that, Iniesta isn't really one for rolling around especially compared to those odious cnuts Mascherano and Biscuits. His ability on the ball is mesmeric and far outshines any dirty side to his game.
Surpassed Xavi in my eyes. Best midfielder in the world not to mention perhaps the most versatile attacker. Such a clean passer as well, the guy has to go down as arguably the greatest midfielder of his generation. I think I'm in love (even though he shagged us silly at the Camp Nou last season).
that last one is perfection.
It's amazing but the Tenerife one is ridiculous
On the day Iniesta was called to train with the first-team squad, he could not find the dressing room. Luis Enrique was sent out to find him. Wide-eyed, the 16-year-old thought it was a joke, yet Guardiola was deadly serious when he told team-mates: "Remember this day – the day you first played with Andrés." Pulling Xavi Hernández aside he said: "You're going to retire me. This lad is going to retire us all."
My favourite player now Scholes has retired, wonderful player, such a shame he most likely will never win the Ballon D'Or because of Messi.
A shame he doesn't get the award for best player because he isn't the best? I thought it would rather be a shame the other way around.
No because I feel he is the best player in the World but I doubt the general consensus will ever be that because he doesn't have as many highlights or as brilliant stats as say Messi or Ronaldo.
David Silva if we converted him to play as a central midfielder... Then again Iniesta doesnt always play there.
And Valencia have played Silva there once or twice this season. Its not his ideal position though and he's almost pure potential at this point. Bit of an enigma, like Iniesta for much of this season. Geniusly talented but doesnt get too many goals/assists. Of course Iniesta went and put that right at the end of his season.
Thats the only one I can think of that would be able to play in a similar way to him.
