Prabhudeva is probably zing's favourite dancer.

And the Saffers are raping us.Rapists.

Heh, no

I have tickets for the match, my friend got some 5 passes.
I mostly won't go, though. I think it's a dead pitch.

Now, thats debatable. Not much between them IMO, although Lara has better technique, Sachin is a better player. Wisden says so too.

You have got that completely wrong. Sachin is the one with better technique. Lara is more flamboyant and at his best more destructive ala Viv Richards.
Sachin scores on consistency while Lara takes it on sheer number of match winning innings.

Yes, I misworded it. Lara is more talented. Sachin is a hard worker and improved his technique for years. Lara is a more gifted, but lazy player. Imagine what he would've been if he worked as good as Sachin.

n 2002, Wisden rated Sachin Tendulkar as the second greatest Test batsman after Sir Donald Bradman, and the greatest One-day international batsman.

Lara is the only Batsman of his generation who can be compared to Sachin. Anybody else is showing disrespect.

This match can only be a draw. The pitch is too batsman friendly. The ball was flying to the boundary. Morkel was looking good though.

One dayers don't count, Tit Wanker.

One dayers do count, it is more fast paced and it brings out many more qualities which are not really demonstrated a lot in test matches. Test matches is more of a technique game, but it doesnt show the full ability of a player.

The greatest batsman of all time, Sir Don Bradman said that the best batsman he had seen play since his days was Tendulkar,
and i dont disagree.

Can't agree with that.

Me neither.

South Africa are finding it so hard to deal with Sehwag. You rekon he mite beat his 309 or 308 whatever it is?

Sehwag on 291 now. Might as well let him try and beat Lara's score. No point playing this test match. Where are the other tests being played? Hopefully there are some proper pitches there..

300 for Sehwag. Off 278 balls!

ONly the third player to have scored 2 triple centuries in Test cricket.

Magical knock...

Not just his superb innings, but the fact he's been batting under such humid conditions gives this innings a special status.

this is quite crazy

I'm finding it hard to go to university in this weather. Summer's setting in and the weather's terrible. I can't sit in class in this weather, he's out there smashing them around.

he must be incredibly fit.

who are the other 2 players to have scored 2 triple centuries?

south africa aren't very good, are they?
540 all out on this pitch.. we're on 468 and sachin hasn't even come out yet.

Lara and Bradman were the other two. He's in good company.

SA are joint top in the ODI championship and joint third in the test and ODI championship. Answer is, they are good.

india should bat all the remaining days and try and score above 1000

match is already a draw unless india can add another 300 or so tomorrow and put them in for a day.

SA haven't faced decent opposition in ages...possibly the luckiest team to be top in the Test and ODI ratings, which are a farce on their own, but that's another thing.
