its ashame our one day team is not very good in comparison to our brilliant test match team......i mean we had a second team out against the indians on their own pitces were easily the better team, yet we need to improve in the one dayers........we'll be arite come the world cup though! the only real cricket one day tournament, cant wait for that

but still congrats to those gay indians for winning, gave the crowd another reason to have a big orgy

Our bowlers have been fine until today.

It's kind of obvious that our players don't really give a shit and would rather be on a plane home.

It's understandable.

England are missing Tresco, Vaughan, Pieterson, Giles, Harmisson, Hoggard and Jones.

Well, always knew the Goan pitch would be more of a batting wicket... Brilliant innings by one of the Indian youngsters won them the match.

That said, if Pieterson and Hoggard had played, it might have been a different turn of events.

Also, is it just me, or are 7 ODIs a little much?

Awarded after the Ashes in understandable, but for a 93 (good innings as it might have been)... I have my qualms.

really wish england had their full strength squad so a) the matches wouldn't be this easy to win for india and b) everyone here would stop crying about it.

Great win. On form we must be one of the favourates currently for the the world cup, but obviously lots can change in a year. Indian cricket is progressing nicely, youngsters coming through, only time before this one day form lifts our test results.
