In Fergie we Rust.

There are people in here that think that we have the players to do well without having to dip our feet in the transfer market. Just check and see by yourself

that is naive thinking.....

That isn't what you claimed.

Once again you've been caught making things up in your effort to be the biggest drama queen on the forum.

People are never satisfied with the squad. I remember my first matchday on this place was the 1-1 draw to Portsmouth in 2007. I remember reading how we needed this, that, and the other changing and how we weren't going to win anything if we didn't change things. 07/08 turned out to be a fairly good season.

Fans are never happy, fans in the main are complete Ihni binni dimi diniwiny anitaime, so best not to pay much attention to what any of them say. There's a reason Sir Alex has spent 24 years at Manchester United and devilish has spent 24 years posting on internet forums. He was doing it before the internet itself.

Exactly.

What amazes me is the "fans" who seem more interested in cheering on problems than they do in supporting the club, which includes reasonable criticism, but not this gleeful insanity that comes from some of these people.

It is like having a separate collection of opposition supporters. Manchester United Playstation Football Club supporters.

I haven't seen anyone at all claim that we will not need replacements when Giggs/Scholes retire (same for if Rooney leaves) - looks like you are arguing against a position that does not exist.

Ronaldo - Wanted to leave, got an extra year out of him
Tevez - kicked up a stink, we never really had him in the first place

Who else major has left? Silvestre? Saha?

This whole stuff is really boring me now.

For me its not about player leaving - its about who you replace them with. Anyone with half a brain can see that you'd miss Ronaldo and Tevez from any team and who do we get? Michael Owen - decent player but isn't gonna knock in 40 goals.

Fact is poor players have been brought into the side to repalce top class players. You can't do that and remain as succesful - regardless of who is managing the team.

I get sick of people bleating on about the young lads. Some may turn into decent players but none have really had the impact we'd be looking for, nor should a club like United be relying on them to do the job.
