ICC T20 World Cup 2021

After the way we lost the last final, to lose this SF on that over will be hard to take.

Can't expect Santner to do any slogging. He can hold down an end, but Mitchell has to be one to take this home now.

That’s that then. As good as NZ have been, England have bottled this.

It read like half the people in the thread had never watched a T20 before.
That turned out well. In reality, 166 was never enough batting first with the attacking lineup we have and the wickets we had in hand.

Brilliant from the Kiwis. Outstanding chase.

England’s bowling was horrible in the last 3 overs.

That’s a tough one to take from an England point of view, given the injuries and losing the toss, but well done to NZ. Lovely sportsmanship not taking that single near the end too.

Great game - as feared pre-tournament, in the end our death bowling killed us.

Really should have won that.

Hope NZ win the final if they play Australia.

If it's Pakistan i'm not arsed.

The terrible Jordan over cost us the game.

Always going to be hard to win a world cup though when you're missing 3 or 3 first team players. Archer Roy and Mills especially were huge losses.

I said at the beginning of the tournament NZ to knock us out in the semis. Revenge. Was meant to be.

Well done to NZ, but felt like quite a bottle job from England letting them back into the game when they needed over 14 an over at one point.

Would like NZ to win overall though, especially after the World Cup final was so tight.
