ICC Cricket World Cup 2023

 still a final to play

But, as a South African, Gibbs dropping Waugh in the 99 world cup did cost us the trophy. So I can understand.

Cost you the final maybe. You would've still found a way to bottle the final.

They need one big over - like a 18/19/20+ just to give themselves a bit of impetus and momentum for the final stretch.

Those 22 runs off Bumrah's 2 overs could be crucial. India need Mitchell before the 40th over.

Can't believe I'm missing this as I'm on an all day workshop. Also how is @Samid watching every game this WC, doesn't he have a job. Explain yourself!

I'm not even sure if India can do anymore here - this is just top class batting from Mitchell

Don't worry lads, I just got off work which means I've turned on the cricket. The game will therefore definitely get boring now. 3 dots in a row already.

Could you hold a few spin overs for overs 40-50 with 5 outfielders or nah?

Big wicket but if you're a Kiwi fan, you'd rather him then Mitchell.

Every wicket is a good wicket in a chase. New batter always needs to settle. When Mitchell is at one end and you want another end to rotate, Kane is as good as any. I will happily take this

Fair play NZ. Only team that have given India any semblance of a game all tournament.

Beauty of working from home. I've had daily Teams meetings where I've paid more attention to the tv in the background than my colleagues.
