ICC Cricket World Cup 2011

Lets hope Sreesanth doesn't need to bowl his full 10 the way Yuvraj has been going.

The kind of spell Zaheer bowled deserves some sort of support. He's bowled incredibly and Lanka are nicely going at over 4 an over.

Indis's fielding and some of their bowling (Zaheer) has been worth of a World Cup Final so far. Certainly putting in a big game display so far.

Partnerships building along nicely here without taking any risks at all.

I'm sorry but feck OFF sreesanth. Two boundaries, walks on the pitch and now no ball. Bloody idiot.

give the guy a break. He last played on the 1st day of the tournament 42 days ago. Bad planning from the management not to have rotated squad selection to keep all players tuned and match ready. Though as I stated before, Sreesanth is really just a poor mans Malinga.

They really need to sort out this use of substitute fielders in cricket .... its not even 15 overs yet and India have Yusuf Pathan fielding in place of somebody. Nuts.

They had Piyush Chawla on earlier for someone else. Nature calls maybe?

Bhaji has been a real disappointment this tournament in the wicket taking column. Even part time spinners have been far better.

Can't believe India is so short of world class spinners. It's been our historical strength.

The fielding has been decent so far.

Our 5th bowler is a huge weakness. Hope that doesnt feck us up badly

what a freakish way to go :D

feck yeah Dilshan gone! He was the danger man like I said earlier and that leaves Tendulkar only 30 odd runs behind Dilshan.

That was a weird way to go. The ball hit his hand and then his thigh pad and then the stumps. I think it would have been a wide if he had just left it.

How would you lads rate this current Sri Lankan bowling attack? Are they good enough to defend a total of 230-250? Im not saying they will only end up with 230 but just curious.

Im surprised we are still containing them and they aren't taking too many singles. I mean the powerplays are done. Rotating the strike should not be too hard now.

Do you think we should have played Pathan because we would have a #8 batsmen and an extra bowling option instead of Sreesanth?

Sreesanth is pointless
Dhoni got lucky with Nehra having a blinder but this is crazy

Problem with sreesanth is that he does not have the talent to back up his sledging.

Not with this India batting line up and on this pitch.

Having said that, I still remember Pakistan batting first in 1992 final and having all sorts of problems and but then a young Inzi and Miandad went through the gears and got upto 250 which was enough for them to win.

These two need to stay together til over 35 and score at 5 an over. Then see where they are then. Its critical they do not lose another wicker soon.

Perhaps Dhoni's going overboard on the two slips with Mahela. I understand the single slip but the legslip's a bit too much.

Our success over the last couple of games has been based on strangling the middle overs and we can't let them score at 5 and 6 in these overs. We have to cut out the easy single.

Anything over 250 would be too high, i think with murali and malinga. Sreesanth needs to sort it out, his overs are costly

Sourav Ganguly: "There will definitely be an Asian team winning the World Cup this time around."

No shit Sherlock!

As commentators just said, both SL and India touring England this summer. England really have to sort out ODI side or will be in for a hammering!

In english conditions, i think england would have a better chance to win
