ICC champions trophy.

Classic England
Would have been nice to win to continue momentum into the Ashes, but that's all that really matters this season

Nice to see KP back in the runs today

I don't even know how Dhoni does it. Brought Ishant on and he just somehow took the wickets. :D
Dhoni's got that luck.

Just come back. Enjoyed the day in the end. We were all cursing Dhoni for giving Ishant the ball. It would have been an injustice had India lost this tournament.

Didn't bother watching it in the end, as i lost interest in a slog fest*

*Not really, had to work, slightly pissed off we lost, but no-one gives a feck about the ICC trophy really, hurry up Ashes.

India bowled well so fair play but I think England should just look at their selection a little.
I don't understand why Prior, our best wicket keeper/batsman isn't picked for limited over games.
Buttler, okay he took some good catches against South Africa but with the bat seems very unpredictable and not in the same
class as Prior.
They play Bresnan as supposedly he can bat, but he was our most expensive bowler and when batting ran himself out!
The Bell decision was a joke.

Prior has played a number of ODIs and his average is dreadful to say the least, although in light of his test form, might be worth giving him another shot. Buttler with the bat has been a big let down, really disappointing considering his county record.

I'd open with Prior and Cook at the top. Prior can be the aggressive one in that. Bell hasn't impressed me as an opener.

I don't know why they don't give the Hampshire batsman Michael Carberry a go, whenever I see him on TV he looks very good indeed.

Anyone know why Alex Hales isn't selected for the limited overs stuff? He's got tremendous potential.
