I voted 0. I don't see anything coming out of the Twitter thread that'll make me think otherwise.
I'm afraid so yes :P I realise it's depressing but I actually feel fairly confident that it'll be the case. Van Gaal has managed Romero before and seems to have a lot of confidence in him, we will still have a backup keeper also, so I suspect that we'll sell DDG rather than leave him hanging around depressing everyone and reminding them that he wants to leave for a year. I can't see any team selling their keeper at this late stage so I think Van Gaal will stick with what he's using (and we know Louis wants valdes out).
I can't see us signing anyone really as Van Gaal has said that he'll only buy if he can improve on the first team and I can't see too many players out there who he would think were at that level. The ones there are either already said they were staying at their clubs, have already signed for other clubs or will simply be too expensive at the end of the window when clubs know they can bleed bigger clubs dry (we've already shown we're looking for good deals, so i don't expect a huge splurge).
Finally, Stones will end up at Chelsea I'm sure, after much posturing and probably at the last minute and I expect us to sell Evers to Evanton as his replacement. See what I did there?

Don't see us signing any top player at this point, the door is still open for academy players on deadline day though.
With Evans gone/going i would like us to get another CB.
If no marquee options available there are plenty younger talents we could try to sign with bigger chances of completion. I'm surprised we didn't sign even one talented Englishman yet throughout this window. I guess so much for the tradition this year but I still feel we may find someone suitable for philosophy.

There's no way we'd let Hernandez and Januzaj go without having replacements surely? You'd have to think with us being light in attack that to let two players go (one who's been in the side when he's fit) that we'd get in 2?

If the Martial deal go through and Rojo is involved I'm convinced we'll get a replacement for him.

So definitely two signings, Navas and Martial. Might be another seeing as we're selling or loaning out all our attackers.
I voted for zero, as I thought we'd stand tough against Real with de Gea. After letting Hernandez and Adnan go though (and even rumours about Wilson), I really hope Martial isn't all we're getting as a replacement!
