No chance. Remember, Maguire will be 30 next year, and is one of the biggest meme players in football currently (for all the wrong reasons). Why in the world would City get him, when they are in position to handpick any defender they want? Maybe someone who isn't super slow, can play the ball out better, and doesn't cost a goal every game.

I think it's in everyones best interest to move him on, at a considerable loss, to anyone that'll have him, anywhere on this planet.
