Really enjoyed that episode.

Just reading about the episode and one person was saying that House was actually scheming right until the end and used the German woman to convince nolan to let him go. His main reason for thinking this was when House asked her to leave the piano lid open he only played the first 4 notes of Beethovens fifth which spells the letter V in morse code and was used at the start of British Radio broadcasts during WWII. Was that everyone's take on it and it just went over my head because i'm tired/stupid?

Oh and Dr.Beasley is an extremely beautiful woman.
 
I dunno about the reason you gave but yes it cross my mind that he faked it all. I was looking for some sign at the end that'd reveal it but didnt see anything.
 
Loved the episode.

Am I the only one that, when the shot of House sitting in the bus at the end was zooming out, expected to see the Amber hallucination sitting next to him. I have to admit that I was quite relieved when the scene cut.

I was expecting Kutner or smth.. but yeah... was glad that it cut instead of launching that again. Best to leave it after last season's incredible finale, instead of trying to milk it.
 
Just watched the first couple of episodes. What a fantastic show this is.

That character might as well go, hardly in it anyway
 
Just watched it, I thought it was excellent and a good way to start with him getting out, expected it to be longer.


Also bloody gutted! The old team had much more chemistry, definitely the character leaving will not benefit the show
 
Very good episode; enjoyed it.

With House going back; does that mean Taub will stay, 13 will be re-hired and it'll be the 4 of them again?

One of the best episodes in the shows history. Loved it from start to finish.

The moral dilemma was great too; what would everybody else have done?
 
Fantastic ep, and if ever there was proof that the old team was better and had much more deeper characters to them

No idea.

If I had the balls, I might have done the same but in a more discrete way. He was about 75 years old, was going to die within a few years anyway, and if you're near certain that he'll instigate genocide then I guess the ends justify the means.
