What a goal !
might this one make the most sense? could play in champions league, and at his age would almost certainly not turn down the chance to play for one of the top tier clubs. i may be wrong but if lazio are still not the most financially sound how would they feel about £17m or so. im just speculating, could anybody that watches him more shed some light?
He's had an indifferent season this time around, that's for sure, but there's no questioning his talent. If anything, I'd raise questions about his ability to impose himselves on a match regularly. We have enough luxury player and passengers and I'm not sure if he'd be willing to take responsibility for us, be the main man, on the regular occasion.
i think he'll be on the move in the summer, i can't see him accepting being fourth choice here and if he has a good world cup for mexico his list of suitors will only grow.

Mr 'according to Sky Italy' is saying a deal is done to take him to Inter. This pleases me, anything that could possibly make them willing to let Kovacic go is good news.
Read somwhere Dortmund made an enquiry for Kovacic and was told no.
Read that too. That said, I doubt Dortmund came in with nearly enough money to make Inter think.
Yeah, not sure whether or not they even got to the $$$ stage, or not by the reports I read.
Apparently they concerned about Gundogan's recovery (or maybe they're even readying themselves for his sale) and see this lad as a good fit for their team.
I haven't seen much of him (Kovacic) tbh. From what I've read and the few clips I've seen, he looks very talented.
I think Kovacic will be better than Gundogan personally, although we have worked ourselves into a position where only experienced options will do. That said, despite being 19, Kovacic isn't really that inexperienced anyway. I'd take him over Gundogan. Him and a physically imposing midfielder and we are set.
Marouane?
Yeah I can see how high you rate this lad. Also, I just saw your comments in the Twitter thread
He would be fine if he were not so immobile. If only he could cover ground quicker and more aggressively, I'd have no issue with Fellaini. His passing is limited but even that I could forego if he could at least do that bit.
But yea, Kovacic is the shit, although sadly I think he's emerged during the wrong time for us. If this was when Scholes was just winding down, he'd be the most perfect option. Presently, I believe Moyes would go for more experience. I think he's as talented as any young midfielder in the world though.
