Harry Kane MBE | Performances

So when the news that he miraculously recovered in time to face us circulate?

Fair enough but if that’s the quality of post being introduced to the main forum, I think many people will become disillusioned with it.

Sorry for posting that mate but I honestly believe he can go down as one if the all time great central midfielders. I really do

Alli in such bad form that Kane has to play no.10 for him. Kane is the player I think has the greatest potential, but he has to sacrifice himself for teammates behind him under performing.

With the way Spurs are going this season, Kanes head will definitely turn in the summer.

I'll repeat my unpopular opinion; we should recoup as much as we can from Lukaku in the summer and go balls out for Kane.

Your opinion is unpopular because there is less than zero chance that is happening.

Our season so far? Yes under performing in the league but not so far away yet and finishing top of the CL group of death.

Not to take too much away, but Dortmund and Real have been shite this season.

Both are higher in their respective leagues than Spurs though. Group of death really took a different meaning as the season went on.

Would definitely love to him here. his movement and ability to shield the ball away from the defence are his greatest strengths.

Feels like hes carrying that Spurs team atm, 50% of their goals in CL and around 45% in PL. Sure he is the striker and it is his job, but still impressive stats.

Everyone with any sense knows he'd have been a much better and wiser investment than Lukaku, but it was simply never going to happen.

He'd of cost us double what we paid for Lukaku.

Yeah, I doubt Levy would sell him to a English club, unless we’re talking almost Neymar level of money, unless he had to kick up a fuss. But reading how he speaks about Spurs etc, that would have been, and is, highly unlikely to happen either.

Harry Kane has now scored 50 goals in just 48 games across all competitions over the course of 2017.

90 goals in the league and he's still 24. If he continues his career in England he'll break Shearer's record with ease.

He's just so reliable. You can count on him scoring at least 20 goals season in season out.

What a player, what a striker. Him possibly going to Real Madrid sits 50/50 with me. It'll hurt Spurs, but on the other hand I love watching him play in our league and it would be a shame to lose one of our best players to La Liga once more.

Hope so, I’ve got £1600 coming in when it happens. If can stick out 5 more years at this level I feel like he’d stay around forever like Defoe until he beats it. The closer he gets the more aware of it he’ll become.

Edit: Taking his current rate of scoring from 90 in 128 games, he’ll hit the record in another 242 games. Another 6.4 seasons from now, or 6 seasons after this one.

Looks proper out there.

Kind of performance that will have all the big clubs sniffing in the summer.

Biggest compliment I can give him is that I always expect him to hit the target, and if he's through on goal, to convert the chance no matter the side or angle.

There's no way Spurs can keep him on the wages they're offering.
