Harry Kane | Bayern Munich player

You're better than russian propaganda. Look at 5 more years and add finals. Bayern won CL twice then and played in the final 4 times. Only Real has better statistics in this period. How many clubs in the XXI century have played 3 times in a row in the CL final? Bayern is one of them.
yeah

His comments regarding Bayern Munich are quite derogatory and disturbing.

How many of the Bayern players who won in 2013 are still there?
...
All your examples has more to do with Real & Barca's popularity around the world which Bayern is not anywhere close to.
It makes no difference whether we consider CL results from 10, 15 or 20 years. Most of the players from such a period have already ended their careers. For example, Real no longer have key players who won the champions league 3x in a row (BBC). This year, Bayern was unlucky to play against City in 1/8. Against any other opponent (Real, Inter, Napoli, etc) they would have been favourites.

As for Real, I agree. It would be the perfect club for Kane, adding up the financial returns + chances of sporting success. La liga is not just about capturing the Spanish market, but all of Latin America. Perez doesn't want Kane, his loss. The case for Bayern is mainly the latter. However, when he enters a new market, there could also be considerable financial gains.

He's going to take it:lol:

Levy really, really, really promises he will give me 300k a week and he can leave whenever he wants, just sign this 4 year contract at 200k and we promise, pinky promise to pay you more.

Kane probably watched Austin Powers and thought Dr. Evil is an actual genius.

Bayern has won roughly 1 CL per decade, let's not pretend they've a Madrid like record.
I dislike them a lot but Bayern IS a giant club. If he has a chance to go there, he will be stupid to turn it down.

He isn't signing a new contract, 300k/week is a joke for someone who can get a 20m signing-on fee next year.

Waste of a career.
I very much disagree. Even though I’d love to have him at Bayern. It’s a matter of personal preference. If Kane feels attached to Tottenham and wants to spend his entire career there, I highly respect that. There is more to sports than the pursuit of titles and money. Success can be measured in many forms. Becoming a legend at one’s favourite club, maybe even the biggest legend in that clubs history, is a huge achievement in my opinion. If Kane decides to do so, he can one day look back at his career with pride and joy. No matter how much or how little he won in the end.

Hojlund now, and Kane in January for £60M if he hasn't signed a new contract with Spurs.

I think you’re underestimating United’s global reach. Rooney has done very well despite spending most of his career at United (certainly compared to Kane so far).

Bundesliga simply doesn’t have the global reach the Prem or LaLiga does

That depends on the alternatives, Bayern are certainly much bigger than Spurs, there’s no doubt about it.

But if the alternatives are Real or United, he’d be stupid to go there.

Only one: Real Madrid. Bayern haven't done that.
My mistake, indeed they did have a gap year. But still, in the 21st century teams that have made 3 CL finals in 4 consecutive seasons are not too many.

If he wants to win trophies, he should choose Bayern. Even at Real, his chances of winning trophies are not as good as in Germany. Let's look what odds were before the start of last season to win: Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Champions League. You underestimate Bayern, the bookies who can't be wrong, value them much more than you do.

It doesn't matter where Kane will live after his career is over. More popularity = more money. I don't know anyone who would rather earn less than more. Unfortunately, Kane is a local brand. To become a global brand without leaving the Premier League, he would need to win CL or WC/EC with England…...
Who says that everyone is driven by money? Kane is a worldwide brand because he’s a world class player playing in the biggest, most popular league in the world. He has a young family in England, he’s just building a new home, he has roots in place that would make moving country more difficult than say a Sancho or Bellingham. He’s already a very wealthy man.

I think money will have very little bearing on his decision, he’s already showed that it doesn’t drive his decisions in the past. Not to mention that the easiest way to earn more would be to sit tight and bag a huge signing on fee, not move to Bayern.

I love the history of Bayern, they’re a huge club. But from a marketing perspective, they’re inferior to United, Real Madrid, Barcelona, Liverpool, PSG, City etc Go to any country and you see kids wearing those shirts because their idols have played for them.

This fecker has never won a trophy in his career. I can’t believe he’s considering it.

Still hoping he is on market in January with a view to getting him next summer. Harry just have the guts to sit this out and will pick you up when sale actually goes through

United have also made 3 finals in 4 years in the 21st century.

Bayern have won over 10 Bundesliga in a row, I would win one if they sign me.

If Bayern is so hopeless as you write and loses 5-0 to everyone, why did the bookies make them as the main favourite to win the Champions League before the start of last season? Did they want to lose money? Don't look at the Bundesliga level! Bayern plays in a completely different league to the rest in Germany. There are 17 clubs + 1 Bayern. They weaken their league rivals every year by buying the best players from them. Something unthinkable in the Premier League (Levy). Even having a disastrous previous season, they won the league (11x in a row). IMO a lot of the credit for that goes to Neuer's injury, without it they would have secured the title a few rounds before the end of the season.

BTW. If you want to run 90 minutes every three days for a measly 20 million a year, send your CV to Munich. If they take you on (why wouldn't?), in a year you'll have more trophies than Kane :D

Sure, United is the 3rd most popular club in the world. That is not disputed by anyone. However, the difference that the 2 top clubs (Real, Barca) have over United is bigger than United has over the 10th club on the list. Depending on which ranking you come across, there will be Liverpool, Juve, Bayern, City, PSG, Chelsea, etc (random order).

You gave a cool example of Rooney. Are you able to check the number of followers he has on social media vs Beckham? My intuition tells me that the 2nd will have 2x more.

We don't know what Kane's priorities are. If his main goal is to finally win some trophies, his best chances are in: 1. Bayern, 2. Real, 3. Spurs. 4. United. Thats bookies predicted last season. I didn't even realise United's chances were rated so low. Now i'm sure he won't sign with United cuz the chances of trophies are negligible and the bigger money can he earn elsewhere. The final aspect - no desire to leave England (family, kids), then Kane will extend his contract with Spurs.
In England, Kane already has an established brand and significantly his marketing value will not change. In a new market, he is gaining a very large audience at the beginning.
