Wait till he hears how many wives their owner has.
That’s literally why I asked, because it’s a different world that I didn’t know anything about. No need for the snarky tone.
Appreciate the responses everyone
Or PochWe are in a mess with Ten Hag but we could have had Eddie Howe who a lot of United fans wanted as well. I'm not sure who would be worse to be honest.
I doubt either of them will be managing come the end of the season

This point reminds me of the Aesops fable about the spider that laughed cynically when the elephant tried to crush his (sorry, "THEIR") web and missed but then trod on the spider, annihilating the dumb as feck arachnid in the process. This thread and any like it have come to resemble an episode of Emmerdale Farm without the Woolpack scenes. They'll be managing their ambitions and expectations.

Oh fair enough. That was a silly comment of mine.
Yeah. Spurs played Newcastle in a friendly the other day in which Trippier got injured. Which is very weird. Why are they playing friendlies just after the season? I know the answer is money, but still. It’s fecking stupid and unnecessary. Why not wait until July to play these friendlies?Nah I just think it’s a bit silly to laugh at them without knowing the context. Although to be fair they probably still shouldn’t have lost that bad. That’s what you get for playing friendlies in late May.

Good grief. Whoever arranged that should have been sued.Chelsea went one better and once played a post season friendly before the season had actually ended. We had a Europa League final coming up, and you can probably guess we didn’t get out of that game unscathed. Loftus-Cheek ruptured his Achilles playing on that stupid artificial pitch and was out for a whole year
