I love how some of the media is spinning this as as a blow to the Biden administration instead of reminding people who put it in place. Its like its meant to protect Trump from any criticism from the gun lobby and pretend it wasn't him behind it. Alito leaving the door open for Congress to act on it instead feels like such a cop out too - he knows it will be a political battle in that case and probably has little chance of succeeding. After moving there from California I was blown away walking into Walmart and seeing the massive gun section. Bass Pro Shop was a mind feck as well.
