My favourite ever shot is the obvious one unfortunately.
tiger has hit 100 better shots than that one, but everything about it is perfect
I change between 2005 and 2019.
2005 was dramatic, 2019 was calculated and executed to nearly perfection and in the context, killer blow.
My favorite golf shot is when Jack Nicklaus walked up, took one look, and made that long ass putt that Johnny Miller said was impossible.

Feel like we need a 'have the leaders teed off yet?' thread for this tourney. I've been watching golf since 100P & the leaders still don't tee off for another three hours. This happens in every major, but not every major is played on west coast time.

What a final day. Two would be first time winners with the world #1 and #3 playing in front of them. Getting Mcilroy scheffler paired up on the final day is amazing, but less so for Rory, as he does often try and one up his playing partner and since scheffler will probably be hitting second shots from a little further back, could see mcilroy make a few major mistakes. If schefflers putter catches fire, it’s game over for everyone though.
Would love to see Fowler do it, I think that’s a better story for golf than rory back in the major winners circle.

Schefflers putter has been cold all season so I don't see it just coming together all at once, he is only in the top pairing because of a 1 in 100 shot which fairplay it went in but that's not sustainable which is obvious
The birdie on 18 was just as big, sometimes you just need one 20 footer to go in and it changes everything

Yeah I think this would be an amazing tournament to be at live.
Wonder how many of the caddies are watching live right now and taking notes of what the greens are doing.
Anyone worth their salt is most certainly doing such.
