I personally prefer this over a DoF as that is still just one guy, remove him or he gets it wrong and the whole thing falls to pieces. I like the transfer committee and the veto idea.
I think Woodward and the Glazers have done a dog shit job since SAF retired, but I think they, with the help of Gill, SAF and the advisory board have now finally started to get some things right.
