Glazers / Woodward out! (One down)

These cockroaches at United, Liverpool and Arsenal need to go.

I wonder what @Adnan think about this whole mess. The last time we discussed he was pretty pro Woodward. He even claimed that the guy was better then Gill. He hasn't posted anything about this mess. Surely it's a coincidence
I haven't gone anywhere, I'm still here. And I've never been pro Woodward, but rather, I'm someone who isn't gullible enough to blame everything on Ed Woodward.

They‘ve shown their hand to the whole world, if this doesn’t get them out nothing will.

They've taken the Manchester United name and tarnished it forever, get them and Woodward out

If that snake Woodward stays after this shambles, our transfer dealings will be even harder as I doubt many other clubs will want to do anything with him after this fiasco. Get rid of him & the owners now!

I hope the feckers falls on their sneaky, backstabbing swords this time.
Torn through this club and stained it beyond measure.

The football community has laughed at us and our rancid owners for decades, now they realise that they are the personification of greed, corruption and everything wrong with the game.

Let's hope this gets the feckers out.

They could probably sweep this under the rug eventually if they just came out now (tomorrow at latest) and said "Apologies, we believed this would improve football and we misjudged public opinion and we will be withdrawing out intention to join the Super League."

But they won't because they are too greedy and too arrogant. They will see it out until the bitter end and please God let it be the end for them.

They had it made, no one outside of hardcore United fans ever talked about them often and they just cut cheque after cheque. They got too greedy and have now shined a national light on themselves.

Edit: apparently we are pulling out. I have had a mare on this whole thing and I am so pleased to be wrong about this!

Let's be honest with ourselves here. When the Glazers bought United in 2003, an NFL-style European Super League was always their endgame.

The only surprising thing is the fact it's taken them 18 years to turn us into a franchise.
Well, well, well...

If the Glazers can't get their way on the ESL, it could totally puncture their interest in owning Manchester United.

Hopefully, this is the beginning of the end for them. They've got nowhere left to grow.

I don't think the Glazers are going anywhere, but surely this is the end of Woodward's time at United.

You're still here? Good.

So what do you think about this whole mess? You were awkwardly quiet about it all.

It simply doesn't matter if we, as is being reported, have pulled out of the Super League. They have nailed their colours to the mast and their position in this club is untenable. They have to be ousted no matter what. The fans, the players and the ex players need to unite and make their lives hell until they sell. Let Old Trafford sit half empty when fans are allowed back. The likes of Neville and Keane need to use their platform to slate them endlessly. Enough is enough.

I was wondering this too. I enjoy Adnans posts but I haven't seen his opinion on the ESL. For what it’s worth I thought the organisation had finally turned a corner this season.. How wrong I was.

I always said it. These guys only care about money. That's what tickle their fancy. Which is why they hired the DOF and the Technical Director internally ie nobodies who would had proven themselves to be grateful enough for the job not to ever challenge the decisions taken by their higher ups. I am not expecting our coaching/backroom staff to stick their neck out like Pep or Klopp did.

Woodward must be sacked if the Glazers want to at least save some face after this debacle.

Or that's what I hope. It'll never happen though. Who cares about how the club looks as long as the dollars are rolling ?

feck them all off. Sick of living with it.

Glazers will do this again in a few years if they are still here

You're still here? Strange. At one time you even said that he was better then David Gill.

Yeah I'm still here, I'm English so will carry on supporting the club I support from my country.

What do I think of this mess? This is a mess that will keep happening with the ownership model in our country. And with Fifa and it's off shoots being corrupt will keep us in this mess.

And as far as David Gill is concerned, he would've done what the Glazer's ordered him to do if he was still at the club. And his past tenure at the club is evidence to that and why the United fans call him David 'the rat' Gill and hence vandalised his vehicle in the past. (Which I don't condone)

That’s because the whole thing seems like Perez idea and us being the stupid feckers that we are we went hey it must be solid if real and barca are into it. Real and Barca fecked themselves after spending the sun moon and stars on the best players in the world for 20 years and yet here we are going along with them when the opportunity to finally overtake them for a few years arises. Shit heads. They are absolute scum and I won’t be happy until they are out.

Unfortunately Glazers won't feck off. They won't leave their cash cow. I'm pretty sure they want this to go through more than anyone else but if everyone withdraws they'll be forced to and they'll look like shit in front of everyone. They'll need to sacrifice some heads to save face, Woodward is the best option.

Or that's what I hope. It probably won't happen though. No one gives as a shit about United as a club from the Glazers anyway.

Do you really believe that we weren't involved in decision making of this mess? Woodward and the Glazers have no idea about anything football related but they know their stuff about money

Yes - but now the Tories see what a popular move it would be to regulate football.

Government can take their power! Now is the time to protest

We were run properly up until the Glazers and Woodward showed up. You'll be shocked to learn that most United fans hold Gill in higher regard than Woodward. I think this serves as a good lesson for everyone not to trust the snake

FA and UEFA won’t have that peanut headed moron back at the table - he has to go!!

They need to get the feck out. Realise turning Manchester United into some wannabe NFL Franchise thing is never going to happen and you have to live with the fans, traditions and history of the club.

Surely Ed has to go now? This has been his most embarrassing failure yet. And that says something.

Hope the real protests start now. Hunt him and the Glazers out of this club. That's the real issue
