Agreed. If anything I'm delighted he is getting a foothold at Madrid, that will be interesting.

Who has he got over there? Genuinely asking here. I thought his only high profile clients were pogba micky and ibra, and well donnarumma.

Madrid signing kids,:D inflation has changed galactico policy:D. Even real is finding difficult to get the best players .

What?
Dave is worth at least as much as Morata.
Seems like madrid don't want to pay too much money for a keeper and Dave isn't too keen on leaving either.
He's worth more than morata

Nobody. I meant once Donnarumma is there he could get a foothold, start signing more of their homegrown kids... Give them a bit of their own medicine.

Ahh yeah, we can only hope haha. I would love for us to Pogba some of the other big clubs top youth players, only without selling them back eventually.

Why the hate? He's a top talent who wants to reach his potential.

Hes also spent his entire time at Milan saying he's at his Dream club, his boyhood club, saying he wants to captain them in the future, only to jump ship at the 1st opportunity.

I don't understand this. He's an 18 year old playing for his home club. And I'm sure the money offered was not bad. Why not stay and continue developing?
My guess is it's all the agent's play.

So why should it bother us?

If Juve could somehow sneak him it'd be an amazing signing. Imagine replacing Buffon with a young Italian keeper who looks to have the potential to be at something like that level.

Just as an FYI the guy's from Naples and joined Milan when he was 14, of course they had faith and gave him his debut but Milan isn't really his boyhood club, never the less it's a shame it's came to this

How on earth can an 18 year old get persuaded to leave their boyhood / dream club by an agent (aka raiola) is beyond me...never happened to us (and yes, I know pog was no a United life can etc)

From my perspective, if I were a Milan can I'd be fuming right now. No way you treat your boyhood / dream club like this.

Raiola is such a scumbag it's unreal. Good match for a scumbag team like Madrid. Fair enough they're European champions, but I can't see the draw of that Galactico hoarding, player booing circus for promising young players like Donatello or Mbappe.

Gotta feel sorry for Milan fans, though hopefully this means Dave stays.

People on /r/soccer are absolutely shitting on him right now, I mean how dare an adult make a decision about their career? I guess everyone bought into the narrative that he'd stay forever and that he would take Milan back to the top...romanticism is fecking stupid

And people say pogba left united because he dint get first team opportunity under fergie and because Rafael played in midfeild.

5 years roll on , any of that stuff was believable?

I remember people thinking Pogba and Raiola where immoral/idiotic when he moved from our reserves to the Juventus first team.

Donnarumma and possibly Mbappe, 2 great prospects for Madrid.

Would it terrorise the kid if he developed himself for another 2 years at Milan? Jesus.

This is modern football, unfortunately. No loyalty or integrity left anymore - mercenaries all of them. It's not about staying or leaving but the way he led ACM to believe he was theirs was disgusting. A lot of players leave for other clubs but not like this - kissing the badge, telling media about his 'boyhood' club - fecking cnut.

I really like Milan, but as of this moment, why would he not want to go to Real?

Its not a case of not wanting to go to Real but the way he does it. This is his boyhood club. At least be loyal enough to sign an extension and leave after 12 months that way your club will at least be compensated fairly. 50-60m release clause should do it.

Obvious going to Real. He's got potential.. and proved very good. Lets see if he can keep up the development pace under constant pressure and scrutiny in Madrid.

Lame by Donarruma. He doesn't care if it's his home club. He already wants to leave it.

This has got madrids and raiola's dirty fingers all over it. Clearly been tapped up and bought.

No wonder RM didn't want DDG! Feckers

Very sad the way things have turned out for Milan and Milan fans.

If he goes to Madrid though this is good news for us as if Real Madrid get him then that should stop their attempts for De Gea.
