It was a fitting end to an iconic BBC show.
I loved it.
I know it’s cool to shit on it, much like it was cool to shit on Coldplay. But, I do think Gavin and Stacey touches on something that many shows don’t. It’s a rom-com but light on both aspects and while it sometimes delves into the absurd, the characters have always felt possible.
I think hats off to Ruth Jones and James Corden, who regardless of what you think of them, understand people and write them quite well.

Yup, find it utterly bizarre that so many people watch this shite, especially considering that cnut is in it. But then again, loads of people watch Mrs Brown's Boys at Christmas too. I think a lot of people are just incapable of switching over from BBC1, whatever garbage they put on

And look what that got him, purged by the less desirable Welsh elements.
I doubt I'll watch this, I already spend 90 minutes watching a bunch of wankers try to recapture some magic from 2008 a couple of times every week.
