Why don’t United just say “do you want to join?”

If they did that in May then we wouldn’t have wasted all this time

EtH will get on with it if he doesn't get his targets. At Ajax he didn't get Kamaldeen Sulemana or Bergwijn and he got on with it.
Ajax finished 12 points clear off PSV and broke their transfer record in the previous January window. They also bought their biggest rival's star player that same summer.

Erm the plot thickens FDJ is trying to change agents and the agents relationship with Barca is broken.

If I had to guess this whole mess has been engineered by the agent to try and get his bonus payments out of Barca.

This ends with him getting a new agent and staying at Barca.

At least FdJ is getting pissed at Barca. Things will start moving. Maybe
Dont think that is how it works at Barca. You have a bunch of players ready to sacrifice salaries for Barca and clinging to the gate despite being kicked out.

What on earth are you talking about :wenger:

What?

I don't speak Spanish... Does "excelente comida" mean "excellent comedy"? It should.

"Excellent food", with my limited duo lingo Spanish.

Although I though it might be the other way around, "Comida excelente"

Hopefully a Spanish language expert will be along in a minute to sort it all out!

time for frenkie's agent to invoke the spirit of raiola and start throwing chairs.

Holy feck that’s some proper next level thinking. Does the club know they could just sign the player they are trying to sign?
Apparently not. They took the Sancho deadline as a bluff when it wasn’t and wasted another 2 months on it after the deadline. They need to learn that not everything is a test and a game and just sign the players. It’s not hard, United just over complicate simple things.

Or, and hear me out, they did and that's why we're still pushing for this in July.

But the Italian on IG who has inside information on every single transfer said that the Dutch player wanted to stay at the Catalan club and not join the English club

Anything short of him joining us now is going to make our side look like a bunch of clowns, even if we do gave a suitable alternative up our sleeve.

What are you talking about? Trying to change agents? Not even going to ask where you heard that

I prefer to believe in common sense. Even if it's applied to this God forsaken club.

So? What does that have to do with Erik ten Hag getting on with the task at hand and making sure he gets the best out of the players at his disposal.

What is this nonsense with Chelsea trying to hijack our deal?
It's Barcelona trying to push Chelsea as a United competitor in order to encourage United to pay more for de Jong. There's nothing much, if anything, in the links.
