We initially agreed a fee with Barcelona 1 month ago yesterday. Offers likely last for 1 month and if you don't agree with the player/close the deal in that time, they expire. Pretty rare to agree a deal with the club and just have it open a month later so this is why we wouldn't have seen this before.
