Guys, chill out and leave this thread for a few days. There's going to be a huge deal made out of our loss and there's no way FDJ won't know about it. Let's be surprised if he indeed decides to come but I think there's very little chance of that happening, especially after today. Let's save ourselves the inevitable heartbreak.

Literally 5 posters have told you the same thing - I did not imply you were a racist. The conversation we were having was about Arnautovic. NOT about you. I implied he is racist and tried to make a point that even though he might be friends with Balotelli, that doesn't mean he isn't a racist.
I'm not sure he would be able to dribble like that in the Premier League. Only De Bruyne can do it.
I was pretty sure he was coming and the 'not wanting to play for Man Utd' was being massively overblown, but after watching these last two games he probably does actually feel that way now.

Anyway FDJ was busting a gut to make a good impression tonight, which he did as a sub, and I don't think the intended audience was us or Chelsea. Barca would be mad to let him go with him desperate to stay. They should be looking for any financial path that doesn't necessitate selling him.
I'm still dreaming about him joining us, he'd be hugely influential, but you can understand his reluctance more than ever tonight.

You'll arguably be the best player at the club and you'll be tied down to a 3 year contract to a club that still seems in complete disarray, playing under a familiar coach who may not even be here come the end of the season, because that's the kind of club we're now.

I think we passed the point where it's only about a couple of millions a long time ago. United doesn't play the CL this season and there's absolutely no sign they'll be able to compete this season, it's going to be about far more than a couple of millions.
I agree, it'll take time. They've bought a lot of new players who will take time to settle.
Well, if thats the case then move on to other alternatives. We need a new midfield, a £100mill investment in our midfield to even challenge for EL spots. There are atleast ten other players that would improve our midfield, Tielemans for one.

So far I have an average of just over 50 posts a year. Which it is safe to say would rule me out being in the clique, if there ever was such a thing. There is also no reason for me to choose sides.
