Won't be surprised if they are some super agents, making all the deals.
Fred the Red just has to be incorporated into the unveiling, right? It'll be corny as hell, and maybe even totally cringe, but I'll also be a bit disappointed at the missed opportunity if it doesn't happen.

He doesn't create false deadlines or vague time frames to bloat out stories for clicks.
He says there's interest, he reports when bids are made and nothing until it's either on the verge of completion or falls apart.
