He was our best player by a mile, him and McTominay have a great partnership.
I’d argue our second most important player at the moment, after Bruno.He's been elevated to being one of the first names on the team sheet. He absolutely has to be starting.
What was his last bad performance?
Bruno was fantastic in the first half but had a fairly poor second half. Overall I'd give Fred the edge but it's close.Nowhere close to Bruno. Worked hard and part of a good battle in midfield with McTominay though
It's getting to the point where I wonder if he's genuinely world class? There aren't many midfielders that cover the amount of ground that he does, that can so effectively break up the play and who is still so composed on the ball. And the performances are consistent now as well. What was his last bad performance?

Yes, Arsenal just let him have the ball and covered everybody else, so he just didn't have passing options in his range.Arsenal. But I'd say it was more tactical issue.
