Find a manager that can keep them up. Then go for Pochettino/Enrique/Tuchel. I know all of them are unrealistic (especially Tuchel) but if they are ready to invest, then there's a chance to lure quality manager.

The more I watch highlights and games this season the more I believe the posts about us having a poorer squad than everyone else so we will get relegated is guff too. The quality of the bottom half this season is so bad that it isn’t even about quality players or quality football, it’s pretty much down to which team is going to work the hardest to ensure they win. Currently we are the side with the least fight in them.

They have a team to be solid, and grab some tight games if the manager comes in and galvanizes the side. To me that backline shouldn't be too bad no matter how it looks currently, you should be able to set them up with Onana in front not to be so leaky.
